I Love You, Now Die: The Commonwealth v. Michelle Carter (2019) Anonymous 5067

A documentary about a girl who encouraged a guy to commit suicide. He went through with it and she inserted herself into his family's grieving process, seemingly out of a need for attention and being the poor bereft girl, but I've seen some people talk about how maybe there was more behind it and she was mentally unwell herself. Will you watch?

This really reminds me of a lot of imageboard dynamics, just with normies and normie media

“I want to be able to say I was your girlfriend,” she texted him.

“Yes you are,” he responded.

“I am? :)” she asked.

“i guess,” he responded.

Barron explained that Roy was “alternately kind of mean to her, kind of sweet to her, kind of negging her, for most of the relationship." Did Carter see the relationship for what it really was? The journalist noted that Carter incorporated a lot of references to movies and TV shows into their mostly text-based relationship.

I'm definitely interested, I followed this case as it was going on and HBO documentaries never disappoint.
>but I've seen some people talk about how maybe there was more behind it and she was mentally unwell herself
She 100%, no mentally sound person would do this. It's like an extreme form of Munchausen syndrome by proxy.

tbh I never really saw her as guilty. and no, it has nothing to do with gender, if it were a case with the guy acting as Michelle and a girl acting as the partner, I still would not have found them guilty.

Care to explain why you don't find her guilty? She was the one goading someone already at risk for suicide to do it when he backed out.
>You're so hesistant because you keep overthinking it and pushing it off. You just need to do it Conrad. The more you push it off, the more it will eat at you.
>I thought you wanted to do this. The time is right and you're ready, you just need to do it! You can't keep living this way. You just need to do it like you did last time and not think about it and just do it babe. You can't keep doing this everyday
