I'm lazy and sedentary, I don't think practicing any kind of fighting would be for me, but doing judo seems great for physical conditioning, I just think it's a bit unusual for women.

It is not a very popular sport for women. I’mactually pretty nervous about starting because there's only about 3 women in the class. Luckily, the classes are taught by a woman. I’m trying to get in shape.
