Buddha-Bowl-Salad-…

raw veganism Anonymous 310238

there is raw vegan lore that goes as far as to say cooked food in general makes people sick and raw fruits and vegetables heal. i do believe that too but i don't care about arguing this with anyone; waste of time and life is short. the information is out there, look for it, make up your own mind. if you don't believe it then don't, it is your health, take responsibility while i fake-cough to pretend to be sick of vitamin B12 deficiency to mock you.

if this is right however then
>people who cook food are criminals who make people intentionally sick from the caring mother to the professional chef
>restaurants and ice cream parlors are places where people are made sick
>supermarkets are mostly in the business of ruining people's health
>convenient affordable fast food might be an advanced weapon of war deployed against peoples

if i was a rich evil doctor, i'd open up an ice cream shop in the small town i live in and make real good ice cream for chap and then people would get sick and i'd have more work as a doctor.

juice propaganda.j…

when i make only make raw fruit for a while (like i do now during the hot part of the year) i have to keep the kitchen extra tidy because insects go absolutely crazy over raw fruits and vegetables.

you wouldn't believe the lengths and efforts that ants, bees, wasps, and fruitflies go to, just to be near the juicy good stuff.

they don't care about the processed food, they don't go near a cooked curry, pasta, rice, fresh toasted bread. it is not real to them. they go straight for the stuff that makes me feel the healthiest and moistest.

Humans evolved to have bigger brains because cooking allowed to spend less energy on digestion.

Or something like that.

Now imagine how many flies you would get if you smeared your kitchen with shit. Really makes you think huh.

you think cooked food is easier to digest?

with your shit not as many, your normie shit is weak and devoid of life; so not that interesting to the little creatures. different story with my shit, mein herr. it would be so precious to them, they'd nibble through walls and climb over any obstacle for it.

eating obscene amounts of cabbage salad with raw tomato-sesame sauce. mind feels clear, everything feels easily possible, endless possibilities, constant surprise of everything going better then expected, unlimited energy. that life many of you glorify which is to eat instant-ramen, sit around and seek conflict seems like a joke in comparison.

because it is. especially when it comes to meats and many proteins.

i guess it does not even make sense to talk about this because when i say food i don't mean the same thing you mean. you mean everything you can put into your mouth and swallow that keeps you from starving (some delivery of basic macro-nutrients) that can at least somewhat be digested that does not make you ill within 20 minutes of eating.

when i mean food i mean eating the alive organisms that make the human body thrive beyond what 95% of people are currently experiencing, the stuff humans are best at digesting at based on the hundreds of thousands of years of dialed-in evolutionary experience.

when you cook what i consider food, it lowers the quality, reduces the electricity contained (yeeees you read correct) and intensifies the taste. when you cook what you consider food, some of it becomes edible because it wasn't before.

i wouldn't even agree, i say it remains inedible because it is so much worse then what i eat. what i consider food has to be edible otherwise i will not count it as food.

yes it is very fun to go to a restaurant with me (which i almost never do) and watch me pick the least unhealthy option.

i vaguely remember there is some (what you would call) food that you have to put in water for 30 days and then it washes the poison that is contained inside them out and then you can eat that. some junglenut that indiginous people put into little baskets in the river for a long time and then they retrieve it to eat it later because then it (what you would call) edible.

that sounds like something you'd be interesting in eating since you are already in the business of turning inedible food edible through technology and tools.

i do like me some tools too. i like to freeze stuff and i like glass containers and when you'd look into my freezer, there are lots of glasses inside.

Americans think praising tyranny means that they will be safe from the police state, but no one is safe in a police state. Even dictators can be toppled.

most difficult part i notice is that everyone around tries to seduce you with tasty unhealthy food. snacks, sweets, treats and complex culinary products everywhere.

first time i went fully raw i had these intense visions about bread. i did succeed in remaining unimpressed and did not eat any but i spend hours looking at bread recipes and gadgets to make bread. had this intense fascination with bread. then for a while i made my own from nothing but tomato and flax seed, which i then did not bake but dehydrate. it was too much work however. these days i just spiralize some zucchini or shred some cabage when i want something slightly more dense.

american bread is considered cake in other parts of the world XD

if you have never seen or heard any miraculous effect from raw veganism, maybe this might be interesting to you:

https://archive.org/details/simply-raw-reversing-diabetes-in-30-days

it is a documentary from 2009 where a few of american normie diabetics stay on a raw vegan diet for 30 days and you can see them regain their health and hope. beautiful sight tbh to see people find it.

interesting for all the ramen eaters: you can see their emotional struggle with wanting to quit even though they are making progress, you can see them self-sabotage, you can see them cry tears of joy. if you have nothing better to do this fine evening, treat yourself to this documentary from the pre-digital age.

when i look at people prioritizing "tasty" food over healthy food i just shake my head in disbelief. nothing tastes as good as being health feels.

no few seconds of mouth pleasure is worth missing out on this natural thriving, throbbing, moist feeling of being healthy.
