I don't think slitting my wrists and smoking a whole pack is healthy but some days I feel so bad that even if I caught myself doing these things I still go ahead.

Well, you could try fasting. It's weird cause it's technically pretty good and it's helped me have a better relationship with food plus cured my IBS and GERD, but at the same time it's kinda weird cause you're literally not eating so it's like you're hurting yourself but not really??? I do 60hr fasts, it's very manageable, give it a go!
