good dad my dear nonas i start college in about 15 to 20 days and i am already spiraling. i feel insecure about being 164 cm and 71 kilos but then my dumbass realised that a new place is basically a blank canvas and i get to decide how people see me. for once i think i have a chance to rebrand myself since all my school life i was the same geeky nerdy fat kid nobody wanted to speak with. i have at least 15 days so i need sharp and effective ways to drop five kilos before i land there and then i can pace myself later. i also want advice on saving money doing well academically handling relationships and building friendships because this feels like the one chance to get everything right and i would rather walk in with strategy than stumble in blind.

hi, when you're in college it can be hard to eat healthy, check if you have a kitchen and if you don't, invest in one of those plug in electric pots, there's so many dishes you can make, and buy frozen chopped veggies and sautee them in that, plus some lentils or meat and condiments, condiments don't really have any calories basically

hello, i hope you are doing well i have recently purchased a portable induction cooktop along with a few vessels i tried preparing chicken soup on it today and it turned out wonderful


i have been chatting with this guy since the summer and he told me he has a little crush on me i said i like him too but also that i am not quite ready for a relationship now that i am leaving for college and he will not be there with me i am wondering if i should stop talking to him because lately he does not seem as interested as he used to be or maybe i am just overthinking it

i would be incredibly grateful if older nonas could share some guidance on navigating friendships and relationships in college so that i ought to learn how to build meaningful connections and sustain them with balance because no matter how much effort i put in my friendships often fade as resentment slowly builds within them i have also come to recognize that i tend to over share in my search for connection and that i am very much a people pleaser at the same time i sometimes fall into the habit of speaking behind others backs which is a flaw i am consciously working to overcome i have also experienced one relationship that left me completely shattered when my ex chose to leave because i had allowed myself to become entirely dependent on him something i now understand i should never have done

ps: the summer guy ignoring me and replying within 6 hours is making me anxious and it makes me feel like im going to lose a friend i enjoyed speaking with

1) dont eat bread, pasta, sugar, or any carbs. No juice, soda, lemonade, etc.

2) ear meat or fish and vegetables - as much as you want.

3) lift weights every day.
