I don't think there are many women who haven't been harassed by men.
I've gotten rape threads starting at age 13, it happens to a lot of women as children.
But even the more subtle shit is frustrating. Woman says something, gets ignored. Man says the same thing, suddenly everyone quiet and nodding. Woman being kind, yeah, typical woman submissive bitch. Man being kind, ooh he's such an angel, wow.
I was a pretty tech savvy teen, but the moment something broke, the teacher was like "WE NEED A BOY HERE" and no, the boys in my class didn't know shit, but they always got elevated as if they came out of the womb knowing advanced math and hardware fixing.
Also, not being able to just be yourself without being judged in some way. You have sex with someone as a woman, you're a whore, you don't have sex, you're a prude, you have a career, wow you're a lost woman who should've been baby making, you make babies, wow you're a social leech who's proving that it's women's own fault that they don't make more money in the workplace. Women produce humans, months of labour, our bodies wrecked, most of childcare work heaved onto us, yet every child costs so much fucking money for us personally, we get nothing economically even though we're producing the very thing society needs, which is, people. We're expected to take on submissive roles in the bedroom per default, we only get taught about the dangers of sex and how to please males, never how our own pleasure works (penis in vagina sex isn't even pleasurable for many women, but we're still expected to do that and it's like the thing that "counts" as sex), we're expected to take care of the house and children even when we work full time, depending on which country we're born in, we get more harassment and just fewer rights per default and even in countries where we get pretty equal rights (NOT the US, I'm talking about western Europe), everything is still made for men (try reading "Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men"), like, women are more likely to suffer from chronic pain and are taken less seriously by doctors, I'm asexual and some people think that's natural for women because they don't like sex, like, then why are women having it at all, some definitely do like it, it just sucks for many, there's an orgasm gap (check out "Becoming Cliterate: Why Orgasm Equality Matters—And How to Get It", it made me feel better about my masturbation habits tbh), my own grandma taught me to do housework not because that's just a normal skill for people to learn, no it was "to take care of my future husband" as if that's just what I'm expected to do for a man who's then allowed to sit on his ass all day after work (obviously I need to work too or put myself at risk of being financially abused like my mother, she got preggo at 15 by an older man who was creeping on her and her family did nothing to help, they fucking disowned her for getting groomed and raped), and like, men are so fucking oblivious, I see men unironically being like "oh, but women have so much more power than men these days" fucking where?? Femicides are on the rise, what power are you fucking talking about, the power where we have creepy ass moids "throwing themselves at our feet" (read this as a random ass moid texting you "wow, u so hot babe, I wanna milk those milkers" objectifying and degrading talk, like, we're supposed to feel flattered by that shit wtf) only to fuck us over the moment we let them in and then we get blamed for "oh, but you obviously wanted it" and "you're so stupid for trusting a man" like fuck off, I wish my mum would've gotten an abortion and killed my dad, he was a fucking pedo and tried to rape me too, like, I know a couple of rare nice men but it's like a fucking minefield out here.
I think the unifying thing is that many men really are very evidently absolutely disgusting to us, calling us biologically inferior, submissive bitches who beg to be raped and whatnot, don't pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about, like, it's so fucking obvious and men still play oblivious like "whaat, women are harassed? no way, that's fake, this only happens to a few unlucky women" like every woman I know has been assaulted by a man, it happened to me several times (I'm glad none went all the way, no risk of pregnancy but it got close) like, it's not just frustration, I'm at a point where I just legit want fewer men in the world because they ACTIVELY ATTACK ME make me fucking miserable ON FUCKING PURPOSE. I'd be fine with having fewer shitty men in the world, but there are entire shitty communities around that shit, just look at the case this subreddit linked
