Tracking vitamin intake gives me anxiety cuz it seems like you have to eat way too much to hit the norm
I know you’re not supposed to track it anyway but it’d be nice to know if I am not getting enough of certain vitamins

You don't have to eat much, just eat nutrient dense foods like eggs parsley/dill, nuts, fish

I started taking iron recently because i realized I barely eat iron rich foods and when I do I have it with caffeine which apparently reduces iron absorption
And meat is ridiculously expensive, honestly considering going vegetarian just cause it's cheaper
