Has Nona ever been arrested?

me, I've been arrested twice, once for DUI (dumb, dumb mistake) and just recently I was arrested at a protest against ICE that got out of control

Anonymous 317866

>>317861
nope but drove when high (carefully) and got pulled over for making a U-turn I didn't know was illegal, had to pretend not to be high with sweaty ass palms so I wouldn't arise suspicion. after that I never wanted to drive high again

Anonymous 317872

i did acid and molly one halloween and got detained for vandalism in utena cosplay i didnt get arrested but the guy that was giving us a lift got his car taken for a few weeks

Anonymous 317873

Never been arrested but wouldn't be shocked if it happened one day. It would probably be for a more mild crime all things considered, I've never shanked someone or anything like that

Why did you protest against ICE?

Get ready for some story
So I pulled in to the Plain State Jail, an intake facility for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and I see the typical fence with razor wire and stuff… then off to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, I was escorted to what was called the Dog Pound, with cages where instead of dogs sitting in them there were women.
Two very loud and heavyset female officers take me over, I follow them, in a place with a big trash can.
They say "strip down" and I'm like "what?" and they repeat "strip down! Take everything off!"
and I'm like "oh my God right here?" because I was in the middle of everything, all the women in the cages can see everything, the officer at the desk can see everything, and all eyes are on me because I'm the new person walking in
So I take the clothes off and I'm holding them and they say "throw them right there!", county jail clothes in one pile, while undies and socks end up in the trash
If you are on your period they make you remove the tampon and luckily I wasn't
It was all pretty rough
"Run your fingers through your hair"
They looked in my ears, behind them, in my nostrils, I had to run my fingers in my mouth along the gums, lift my breasts, if you have some belly you need to lift that too
So I am butt naked in front of everyone there and the two officers say to squat and cough which I do
"No girl! COUGH! Give a real cough, I need to see if something flies out of that cooty punani"
I was like "oh MY GOSH" where am I seriously
I had to turn around and bend over at the waist so that the butt was facing the officer and then she had me face her, then I had to show the bottom of my feet and hands
Then she says "follow me" and without any clothes on I follow her to an open shower area, I had to shower in front of everybody as she handed some piece of green soap and she says "wash everything, your hair too"
Then she says "close your eyes" and she throws a powdery substance at me, I found out later it's a delousing powder
After that shower I finally got clothes, state issued pants and shirt, and I was sent to the cage
Then at about six o'clock in the morning we were lead to the housing assignments, you don't really have to fear the people you're incarcerated with, I was on the top bunk at the time

>you don't really have to fear the people you're incarcerated with
Was there something physically stopping others from jumping you in the middle of the night and driving their thumbs into your eye sockets?

Anonymous 317889

>>317887
Not really but the fights were manageable and it was just a lot of drama most of the time
Just stay away from certain kinds of people and you can be mostly fine

Anonymous 317891

For anyone who got arrested and had to do time

Anonymous 317893

Yep. Once for possession, then for disorderly conduct, then assault, then trespassing, then assault again and recently for fraud. I was only ever charged and convicted for the first assault and trespassing. Being arrested isn't that bad, but I had a terrible first time experience.

>be 15

>going to see a film with friends
>one asks me to hold his weed
>trying to find a place to stash it in my coat
>2 cops see me and search me
>I also have an illegal knife in the same pocket
>they arrest me
>take me to the police station and keep me there for hours
>interrogate me about some imagined connection to a dealer
>refuse to let me call my dad
>hours pass
>they come back in telling me they've arrested my dealer boss
>try to intimidate me with a 10 year prison sentence unless I cooperate
>already been awake for 48 hours
>just curl into a ball and cry because they won't let me sleep
>they bring in a psychologist and I answered one of her questions with "It makes me want to die"
>get immediately locked up and put on suicide watch
>they put a female officer outside my cell who stops me from lying down and keeps me awake
>just dissociate and lapse into microsleep
>they rush the cell and stick their hands down my underwear, down my throat, looking for drugs
>rush me to hospital
>nurses won't let me sleep because the police told them I may have tried to OD with smuggled drugs
>one of them complains how uncooperative I am
>scream that the police have kept me awake for days and I just want to sleep
>they leave me alone
>pass out and sleep for 12 hours
>wake up to find I wet the bed
>psychiatrist comes in thinking I'm a junkie dealer who's faking to avoid going to jail on weapons and possession charges
>literally the first person to ask my age
>realises I'm a minor who's been in custody for going on 2 days without anyone knowing
>personally threatens the police to give me a call
>have to call my friend's parents to help me because my dad didn't even notice I was missing
>sue the police
>move out 2 years later with the money

After that I developed schizophrenia and rapid-cycling bipolar, which I wish I'd left undiagnosed because it meant every time I was arrested I'd be sent to a mental hospital which were so bad that I tried to kill myself in custody the last couple of times.

Outrageous! Government's dogs are just thugs in uniforms, no morals whatsoever, they're the type who act oppressive towards the weak and submissive towards the strong. A dog's death is fitting for them, so i feel zero pity whenever one of them gets offed.

All of this makes me realize how lucky I am even if I'm kind of poor

Anonymous 317917

Arrested for assault just defending myself. Shows who has the money to hire great lawyers can fix your mistakes. The video was obvious when he shoved me down and started beating me. He was not charged while I was in jail for a week. That's all that happened except getting fired from my $40k/yr job. I can only get a low wage job because it always comes back on a background check.

All because I sprayed him with pepper spray to defend myself.

Anonymous 317918

Americans are so enslaved now that Americans don't care if the CIA tortures, but Americans lose their minds if the media reports the story.

Anonymous 317919

>>317917
Why only low wage jobs? Was it a felony, and were you found guilty?

Anonymous 317920

My assault conviction ruined my life too. 2 guys harassed me in a cafeteria and when I pushed one away, he lunged to grab me by the throat so I hit him in the mouth with a dining tray. I spent 3 weeks in jail, 6 months in a mental hospital, a year on probation, lost the ability to apply for study loans and had to take a cleaning job while living in state care. The guy who attacked me chipped a tooth and they let him get away with weekends of community service. Even after moving countries I still can't get a real job, so I have to rely on my boyfriend to live. Thankfully I can have my criminal record suppressed in this country in another 2 years and won't have to tell employers after that, so I can actually complete my qualification and not be a burden.

Anonymous 317921

Few years ago jewish boss found out I was browsing infinitechan and didn't like what he found there lol. Got interrogated by cops and all, not really arrested, and there was no charge because I didn't post anything myself.
Bitch move

>>317861
I get where you're coming from but be careful with the ICE drones they're a milicia of thugs. Don't get yourself killed.

>>317897
>oppressive towards the weak and submissive towards the strong
This 1000000%

Anonymous 317927

Well not arrested per say but when I was 18 the security called cops on me for stealing dental floss (yeah, kek). I refused to show any document to the security guy so he called the cops and they picked me up from the store and the cops ended up giving me a fine that I paid from my savings right away. They brought me home and I begged them to wait in the car bc my mom was on chemo and felt very bad on that day and I didn't want her to know I've been caught stealing, which never happened before. They agreed and I brought the cash. It was funny because they started asking me about my family situation and by the end they looked like they felt sorry for me. The funniest part was that my absent father was a cop too
>so you're in a single parent household and your mom has cancer?
>yea
>where's your dad and what does he do for a living?
>he was a cop and idk where he is now
>oh… what about alimony?
>mom never asked for it bc she felt sorry for him being an alcoholic loser
>damn…
They still did their job but felt visibly bad kek

Anonymous 317931

It's never the wrong time to murder a cop

So if you go away from the United States and move to France or UK or Germany for example they still look at your records?
What the hell?

dumbass question

Anonymous 318075

One thing worse than living in a police state is finding out that no one cares.

Anonymous 318079

minneapolis-mugsho…

>>317861
yes, for throwing a glass at my sister's boyfriend and hitting him in the head lol

Anonymous 318280

Everything is illegal, everyone is a criminal, everyone is under surveillance 24/7, and no one cares.

Living in a police state means that you must live in dread of being arrested. You can't help feeling hopeless.

Anonymous 332034

>is arrested
>goes to therapy after
>calls therapist you got along with to get doubts taken
>"Oh yeah my BOYfriend will be with me this weekend so I can't give you my address, have I mentioned he is male (XY btw) and black (haitian not nigerian btw lol you are done arrested girl) and can kick your ass (2cm taller than you btw)"
>Well it's private I Just want to get some doubts I'm having about something you said resolved, It won't take 15min
>"Well my BLACK BOY(male)friend is with me"
>Yes, but when will he not be I would like privacy to discuss It, it's distressing and I think you could help me in this short time.
>"I really have to go, going into a tunnel byiieeee"

Why would you feel hopeless about being arrested? Just dont break the law, its not that hard. Even in Trump's America, someone like me hasn't been picked up off the street and spirited off to Guantanamo and that is seriously saying something… (Oh but i know im being surveiled and gangstalked, i just ignore it.)

Anonymous 332038

>>317887
Jail isn't really like that. Its borderline normies with drug charges. Some of them are a little unhinged but mostly they're either quiet and keep to themselves or wild women.

I've been arrested so many times for traffictickets I didnt pay, so I ended up getting a warrant. Instead of paying them I opted to sit in jail for two weeks. I think this has happend to me 3 times. Particularly when I was in high school and college. And then one time I threw a padded wallet at somebody and they vengefully called the cops. I got an assault charge for throwing a damn plush wallet and 2 weeks in jail instead of paying off the fine. They didn't press charges. Unfucking-believable though. Jail is annoying but a lot of the people I met there were in for 20 years carrying around 4 grams of meth/pot/whatever. I donno I feel blessed to not have those problems. But fucking traffic tickets? I was seriously negligent about having a car back in the day, I wouldn't always update my stickers/ get inspections, and i would speed. (But I was going the same speed as everyone else i swear!… unfucking-believable)

Anonymous 332040

>>332039
Oh yeah I'm in Texas too btw! And the jail DID have air-conditioning.
