I've gone on anti anxiety meds and they didn't really help much in my experience but maybe I got too low of a dose. Unfortunately I was a teenager with parents in the room so I couldn't be fully honest with the therapist

It helped me personally, it softened the worst of my anxiety and depression and didn't really numb me as much as I keep hearing online. I'm off them now and learned to manage my problems, but sometimes I wish back on them when I'm having a particularly bad day, but still, I'm having more energy without them.

Antidepressants helped me but SSRIs messed with my head. I felt like less of a person, like i was cut off from my emotions. It took forever to get off and i was constantly sleepy.

Does anyone get the feeling that if our overlords decreed that everyone must have their thumbs amputated, Americans would agree that the law makes sense and must be obeyed?

I took them as a teenager. They had a permanent, irreversible effect on me. It's crazy how this shit gets passed out by doctors like candy

Don't start them, Venlafaxine messed with my head so badly a year ago and in the past I had done basically every other SSRI with similar results. Try everything else first and actually put effort into it. They will fuck up your sex drive so if you're in a relationship or want to get into one don't bother with sex.
The withdraws are terrible especially with Venlafaxine it was a week or two of hell for myself. I don't believe medication is the answer , but I do find dextroamphetamine's to have improved my mental health and day to day life for the most part.

Americans say that the reason the elites want to kill off the 99% is to save the environment, but maybe the globalists are just evil, insane, and greedy.

I've heard drugs used for treating depression and anxiety can make you fat. I refused to take them for this reason and they do also reduce the gray material you have in your brain so it's a bit potayto, potahto sitution I guess. Fuark what us mentall ill sad people suppose to do

One of the reasons the US is collapsing now is that Americans think that decay will be stopped by becoming Fascists and Communists. Americans think the US will be improved by expanding wars, increasing the debt, and adding more tyranny when the reason the USA is crashing is because the US has wars, is in debt, and has a police state.

Americans say that they love freedom, but then they turn around and say they need the government to give them free Obamacare, build a wall, protect the US from Yemen, wiretap their phones, arrest people for feeding the homeless, stop farmers from plowing fields, force people to get rid of dogs, ban vaping, and torture suspects.
