Men are ugly, women are attracted to men, therefore women have no concept of cuteness or beauty, it really shows in the way they dress and present themselves where since they don't understand these concepts they just try to show skin thinking that's the thing or weirdly make their nails long or whatever weird stuff they do.

Oh ho, female. Outliers are not the point. Rikka's outfits are based on male designs anyways, such as the skirt. Skirts were always a male article of clothing, women's dresses just kept getting shorter until they looked like skirts, and then they began wearing pantyhoes which are traditional male clothing. Fancy good looking clothing in real life is always made by men, and that's what she's wearing.
But it's outliers anyways.

One time someone on discord made fun of me for liking something made by a female, but they had a Hidamari Sketch profile picture and I pointed it out and they flapped.
But most of what women make is ugly yaoi manga romance style stuff, and tumblr level whatever garbage.
