Is it wrong to avoid getting into relationships to preserve ignorance towards moids? Too many female counterparts have grown bitter and jaded with males through firsthand experience. At the very least, I can keep the joy of enjoying media with pure romance without experiencing animosity or becoming completely disillusioned. Or would the stark contrast make the escapism more enjoyable?

This is actually what's called doomerpill. I get you see online many extreme unhinged opinions, from both sides, but you should not let some stranger women you've never met, scare you from living your life with a positive outlook.
Live your life, fall in love and be happy and try to not worry about the doomers on the internet.
