What kind of man do you look for?
I feel like i almost feel contempt for all men and have huge trust issues, no matter how attractive and nice the guy is I feel like they are only going to use me and I reject everyone showing interest in me, but I also hate the idea of being alone and bitter for the rest of my life. Maybe i'm just not looking in the right direction. What kind of man do you imagine spending a life with? When it comes to style, personality, hobbies and how does it compare to your style and hobbies, ect. I'm trying hard to open a path in my life where there is a chance of finding a soulmate

There’s absolutely zero chance for me as I’m a hikineet and just generally quite terrified of everyday things, not to mention romantic situations. I don’t think I’ve talked to a male in maybe a year and before that I was only really acquainted with a few within a larger mixed-gender space, but I guess if I were able to talk to people, I would answer your question with: I’d like a man who is first my friend for a long time. I would like to really know him. I’m very scared of sexual degenerates so I’d take it really slow and make sure to observe the man’s opinions on even the little things as it can be very telling. I would also need to feel on the same wavelength, there’s too many couples where you can tell they just settled for each other, and don’t think the same at all. We can have differences but if I often find myself thinking “What is he doing? Why is he being like this? What does it mean when he does this?” I would not date that man, too many misunderstandings seems tiresome for both parties, miscommunication could happen, but if you can’t understand the other’s logic, I wouldn’t bother. I’ve always wanted to meet someone at a library. I think a very chilled guy who likes literature would be good for me, as it is common ground. I think a dynamic where a man is so chill and secure that he doesn’t mind my awkwardness could cancel it out, and be quite cute. OP, maybe you have a hobby of some sorts that could lead to socialisation? It doesn’t even have to be a man, you could always be accepted into a friend circle from the hobby. I’ve heard many people find their boyfriends through friend-of-a-friends. I also think getting out of your comfort zone (I should take my own advice) could maybe open a path for you, I’m not saying go to spaces where you have no idea what is going on, but try new things, and think about hobbies or events that may have good men if you haven’t already. And good luck!! I believe in you and I hope you can find someone trustworthy and caring
