anime-girl-sad-quo…

I am no longer happy with my boyfriend. Even though he has done a lot of things for me, he is a sea of mental problems, insecure, violent, depressive…. And he has slowly sunk me into his own shit. Why don't I break up with him? I'm scared, he's spent enough money on me, left his family to move close to where I live. He's done all that for me. And he's failed so many times in life, I'm afraid this will end up breaking his sanity. What should I do? If I stay with him, I'll probably end up cheating on him. And him beating me.

You clearly already know that you have to end this before it destroys you both, but you lack the determination to do it.

No one can tell you how to actually do it, just don't put yourself in a dangerous position.

Obviously the information is not specific enough to give proper advice but my assumption is you think you should breakup and just want reassurance that it is the right thing to do from others.

>I'm afraid this will end up breaking his sanity (If you break up with him)

>If I stay with him, I'll probably end up cheating on him

I am pretty sure cheating on him will have a much more profound negative impact on him than just leaving him.

>And him beating me

>violent, depressive

If he has ever or you suspect he would hit you then leave asap.

Maybe talk with him about it

why would you feel less guilty cheating on him than just dumping him? are people with bpd literally just retarded?

I take trying to help him fix his life isn't in the realm of possibilities? Supporting each other is what couples do.
