My boyfriend possibly has a fetish for maids. What should I do? Should I be worried about this?

Anonymous 122104

Found the scrote

Anonymous 122116

That's honestly harmless

Anonymous 122123

>>122099
I don't understand some nonas.
I get being alone sucks but dating a fetishist is much worse.

Anonymous 122124

Is he getting weirdly insistent on you wearing a maid outfit or was it just something that got brought up and not paid much attention to?

Anonymous 122126

It really depends on the details. By itself, it's harmless.
I'm fairly certain a lot of it is just the appeal of the outfit and moids not having any understanding of women's clothing. Then, the rest is mostly guys wanting caretaker figures or subservient women they have power over because they're poorly socialized.

Anonymous 122156

>>122124
he said that I would look good in such clothes and offered to buy it for me

Sounds like basic uniform fetishism. If you aren't into it, just say no.
However, the big question now is what sort of clothes your bf will actually buy. Will it be actually something of decent quality you could wear semi-regularly, or will it just be cheap underwear/a halloween costume? That is the big test.
Alternatively, find something decent online yourself and send it to him. The housemaid look can be achieved simply with a regular black dress with an apron, combined with some other odds and ends. If it turns out he just wants the stupid cartoon look because he's retarded, don't bother.
>he said that I would look good
As if he knows fuck all about this. He's just saying that to try to get you into the outfit.

>>122156
For what it's worth, it sounds like he's being pretty normal about all this if he doesn't ask you about it every day. Indulge him if you want, or not if you don't. Doesn't really ring any alarm bells in my head.

What would be weirder him buying a cheap plastic amazon maid costume (of tiktok memes), or him getting a high quality maid outfit made of real textiles (cotton, linnum) that reproduced some historical style?

Anonymous 122307

>>122263
Obviously he would be weirder for the latter, but weirder in this case doesn't exactly mean bad. That just means he's based. Men who are knowledgeable (or at least give enough of a shit to do some research) about these things are ultra-rare

Tineye didn't bring up any results, what is this character from? She's super cute.

Oh. I realized the artist's name was on the other images. It seems like fanart? I don't know the source material so I'm goingvto continue imagining it's a cute girl.

Anonymous 122315

>My boyfriend possibly has a fetish for maids
Being attracted to females in clothing that accentuates the female figure isn't a "fetish", it's heterosexuality.

Anonymous 122316

>>122307
you're making a pretty good case
just randomly spent the weekend learning about domestic animals and owner psychology and I would absolutely appreciate a male who can appreciate and enjoy the process of research

Anonymous 122317

>>122314
It's better if you think he's a cute guy.

Anonymous 122318

>>122315
Ehh. My personal opinion is if you wank to something and feel good afterwards and feel soulful and wholesome it's healthy sexuality, and if you wank to something and you feel sort of shit and disgusted with yourself or like you didn't gain anything then it's a fetish

I sense for op's bf it's more fetish than healthy sexuality

Anonymous 122319

>>122315
It's misogynistic, honestly. Perceiving your partner not as an equal, but as a servant who will do whatever you say. Maybe this is healthy sexuality on the part of a man, idk

Anonymous 122368

Ask him to dress up as a maid for you. If he isn't willing to debase himself why should you?

Anonymous 122494

>>122099
>>122319
You people get offended over THE dumbest shit my god

Anonymous 122597

>>122494
It's not being offended to point out male's perversions and hints of the way they truly see women. Stop excusing males' depravity with "heehee it's no biggie", it's all a result of their fucking porn addictions, none of this is healthy sexuality

Anonymous 122672

Yes this is a problem the outfits are cute but men despise women who serve them and by degrading yourself for him you open yourself for abuse

Anonymous 122680

>>122368
That'll just unlock his latent troon fetish

Anonymous 122732

>>122099
>What should I do?
Play along if you're willing to try it or refuse if you're not. Would you be offended if he offered to buy you a garterbelt or a bodystocking or some other piece of lingerie? It all seems to fall under the heading of "sexy outfit" to me and I don't really see a maid outfit having more significant implications than that.

>Should I be worried about this?

I wouldn't say so. Idk how much relationship experience you have but couples asking each other to wear sexy clothing is pretty normal; I doubt your moid would be offended if you asked him to wear a policeman/firefighter/etc. costume. If you're not comfortable with that for whatever reason then you can just say no.

Men in maid outfits are kinda hot, though. Only in 2D, however.

Leave him and date another woman instead. That's my advice to anyone with a boyfriend.

Anonymous 122738

>>122737
But I like penises

Anonymous 122739

>>122733

nona bara men in dresses accentuate their male figure, that is why a male in a dress is hot, because it accentuates his waist, thighs and male breasts (pecs, muscle) and arms.

Not becuase htey look androgynous

Anonymous 122743

Ime it depends, I know a lot of women who are just not made to be in any position of serving because it makes them feel like their freedom is taken away or they just don't want any responsibility.
There are women who are completely fine with being in the serving role and being recognized and acknowledged for it, recognition comes from doing it well and with love, authority and respect are gained from this position. That's how matriarchs of old became matriarchs. Leadership is about the ability to serve so everyone has their needs met.
