I might just be an asshole but at a certain point you can be so spineless that you're just a completely useless human being. Trying to get them to do anything (or convince them to make any decision by themselves) is like trying to walk on water or containing sand in a sieve. Some people will not stand up for themselves or take any independent action, ever.
How do you guys deal with people like this? Preferably "not at all", but when you actually have to work with them to get things done, how?
