Sanity Anonymous 133222
Please be more cognizant of your own sanity. Please do more to protect it. It's not a joke. Block whoever you need to block, don't interact with anything that gives you excessive, undue feelings. Maintain a balance.
I'm thinking about the fact that there's nothing really stopping me from committing an act of horror besides my own sanity, and I am shocked at how poorly I've treated it over the years. The things I've seen, the information I had no business learning, who and what I've heard out, the time spent on frankly thankless tasks. What was it all for? To get a rise out of myself? Did I think I was making myself stronger? Was it a test? One thing more important than knowledge is knowing what you actually plan to do with it!
I'm a little scared of what might be to come, but it'll probably be okay in the end.

>>133240not OP but I know this feel. I ruminate way to much on awkward or uncomfortable interactions with people. by doing so I relive these negative moments constantly and keep experiencing anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, anger that makes my daily life more difficult. in the meantime the other person probably doesn't even remember it happening.

Yeah no I’m not protecting my sanity everyone can touch it if they want. I’m pimping my sanity out. Anyone can tell me horrific things and tell me the earth is ran by lizard moids and I’ll believe them
