Favorite/Sexiest Men's Clothing Anonymous 11679

I'm curious. What type of clothing do you like to see on men? Care to post examples? I love muscular men who wear black v-necks for some reason…

I know other women who like men in 3 piece suits, but men rarely wear them.

leather jacket and t-shirt combo, usually with jeans. yes, it's basic as all hell but it's hot

Love these so much! Especially when he takes it off and gives it to when you’re cold (or more likely you end up stealing it from his house).

Super basic but I also love rolled up sleeves that show a bit of (veiny) forearm for more formal looks and Nike basketball shorts with sneakers for more casual-gym looks. I also really like black jeans and guy liner.
I think I just like men wearing clothes in general lol

Yes.

Anonymous 11706

comfy sweaters 100%. my bf has a few of them and they're so nice to look at. I just want boys to be comfy :(

Anonymous 11713

>>11679
sleeves rolled up showing his arms and leaving his hands oh so vulnerable in my gaze, it makes me wanna grab them and play with them
big comfy sweaters but we both have to be wearing one so we can match clothes and marvel in each others beauty then proceed to kiss and cuddle in a warm embrace
big open jackets so i can hug him from the inside
when he wears big boots, he looks like tough but huggable

Anonymous 11726

So do I, but I'm dating a tall twink.
A simple button down shirt is the best. Unfortunately my moid has horrible fashion sense and wears whatever shit his parents gave him. If we get married I'll just throw out all his clothes and buy him new ones. I'm also going to lace his food with butter and weight gainer so he puts on mass.

Anonymous 11996

Are you a lesbian by any chance?

Anonymous 11999

>>11994
I agree. That’s not a leather jacket.

If you’re going to wear a leather jacket, at least save up and buy a real leather jacket.
Or find a real one at a thrift store if you don’t want to spend the money or against new leather.

Faux leather is so bad for the environment.
Not to mention it just makes you look like you’re wearing a garbage bag because news flash you’re literally wearing plastic.

I have several types of real leather jackets and all of them are older than I am. They still are in mint condition. I have one faux leather jacket that is less than 5 years old and is starting to peel. Do the math which is worse for the environment (not to mention your wallet).

Personally I like certain styles of leather jackets on men; some biker jackets are too try hard on men. But I love love love a leather aviator or bomber jacket on a man. Yum.

Anonymous 12002

>>11996
i'm straight, men just look bad in a lot of clothing.

Anonymous 12003

>>11999
OT but I would like to add that there is a type of plastic that can legally be called "genuine leather" (in America, at least). It's made from ground up leather scraps and microplastics glued on to more plastic, and it's shitty, horrible for the environment, and starts peeling after a year or so. Make sure whatever "genuine leather" you're buying is high-quality, ACTUAl real leather. I recommend getting it used and vintage so you know it's withstood the test of time.

I like seeing serious looking men, casually wearing knitted sweaters. I am talking thick, warm sweaters for the fall/winter. Its just such a comfy and cuddly look, and it fills me with small butterflies (moths maybe?? lol) whenever I see a man being all comfied up. It makes me want to hug him almost and possibly wear matching sweaters together as we hold hands in each others sleeves, making a tube for our held hands to live in <3

Anonymous 15046

tbh, I've always liked colorful, lively clothing on men. even a pop of color like >>14494 is appreciated.
seems like the majority of male fashion is about looking vaguely cool…ghost-cool and like they dressed to go skating but in a half-assed and depressing way.

men's fashion in the 70's seriously mogged. everything was tight or at least tailored. crop tops and short shorts everywhere. high heels for men were en vogue again. creative silhouettes; inspiring colors. that being said, people in the 70's were generally quite slender and fit so they didn't look ridiculous in something like a showy jumpsuit the way a modern, slobbier modern man would.

No, I don't think so? At least not with Reviewbrah. He's actually said on video before that he enjoys wearing these oversized suits and has shown a whole collection of them.

As for Andrew, I imagine he wears them to look more like a real journalist.

Anonymous 15607

No, Andrew 100% wears the ridiculous oversized suit with New Balance sneakers for comedic purposes. He's not necessarily ugly besides acne and plus he's tall. As for ReviewBrah I don't think most women would find him more attractive with suits.

Capitalism induced individualism led us to extreme consumerism: every aspect of your body can be customized and/or accessorized (if you have the dollars for it) supposedly in order to express yourself, your identity.
Uniforms such as suits and tie are such a waste of revenue, and go against the rampant individualism. They'll disappear eventually.

Anonymous 18200

>>18199
>Capitalism induced individualism
Yes of course because we all know capitalism just manifested out of nowhere and totally isn't the product of the individualism you claim it created.

Anonymous 18201

Homo-Economicus-Im…

>>18200
Serious answer.
It's a bit of an egg/chicken problem: the industrial revolution created much more products and revenue than necessary. Suddenly, people didn't need to be so reliant on each other (just keep in mind: up until the 1960s in Europe, poor rural family all slept on one bed, spent their days working together just to survive etc.).
What I'm saying is that people didn't have that much the opportunity to be one individual, they were too much reliant, dependent on each other for that.
The excess of production was somewhat shared, and services developed, and suddenly we have leisure time that opens up a whole new opportunity for production/consumption.
The capitalist spirit (e.g. how to grow the most capital) trends towards consumerism as consumerism relies on one sole homo economicus; hence the push towards individualism. But it works both ways : if I realize I can choose my clothes color, I project some meaning into it, and this red cloth I picked helps me project what I am, and distinguishes me from others. So in order to grow capital, it makes sense to offer more choices, which offers more distinction, which offers etc.
(hope this very abridged explanation makes sense).

1889-90 Men's fash…

Love Western men's fashion in the mid to late 1800s. I love the long coats and the heeled shoes. There's something dramatic about it that is very attractive to me, but not as crazy as what they wore in the 1700s. I like that it was considered manly to put some effort into your appearance back then. I'd obviously find it goofy if I saw a guy in 2023 dressing like this because it'd just look like he was wearing a costume, but I love period dramas because actors can create that suspension of disbelief that you're not just seeing some dorky guy in a costume.

Anonymous 18271

>>18196
Competition induced pricing.
Midlevel men's fashion essentially does not exist anymore. Low level men's fashion consists of different colors of jeans and graphic tees, or rough storebrands of inferior quality to ancient homespun wool.
If you have a boyfriend and want to cohabit with him then you would want him to not spend $7,000 of his $60,000 income on a suit that he wears while digging holes when eggs cost $7 a carton.
