Think about adding things that draw attention away from how fat or round your face is. You want people saying "omg wtf is on Nona's face?" And have some mixed likes and dislikes. Not "did you see how extra fat and round her face is today?"

More than makeup, you should focus on hairstyles that flatter your face.
Your hair is very pretty in the photo, but its framing is almost exaggerating the outline of your face.
Try something with more occlusion.
You've got the right idea with the curtain on the left, but the right is fully exposed.
