i wish i had a flat stomach. it seems like no matter how skinny i get i always have a little pudge. ik ppl say its just organs but i feel like that might be one of those ugly cope lies bc ive seen girls irl with completely flat stomachs. i work out religously and i eat pretty well too. i feel insane.

They're probably just holding the pudge back with their stomach muscles. I have a flat stomach while lying down, but standing up there's a little bit of pudge unless I hold it back (which I do bc I'm self-conscious of it as well).

flat stomach girl here, straight up its from not eating. i take adhd meds which makes me forget to eat/it does some weird metabolic shit and drink a lot of coffee which makes me shit after eating. no woman’s stomach is gonna be flat like a man’s due to where the uterus is also how is your posture?

The only time I had a flat stomach was when I was dangerously underweight. It's just not possible for some of us.

Have to keep working more and losing more, you just need more muscle holding the other tissues, i think leg ups while alternating sides helped me, but i still see it when i sit down.

Weird question, but do you poop fully? My tummy will have some "pudge" right before I go and will stay puffy during the days right before my period when I get a little constipated and it doesn't fully empty. My tummy is literally only flat when it's totally empty cause when you're skinny, any amount of food, bloat, or poop is visible pretty much. If you don't fully empty or your schedule means you poop right before a meal, you may never get the totally flat tummy look. Models will poop and not eat right before a shoot to keep themselves flat for it. Also some girls seem to have some extra womb pudge there that never goes away, there's this creepy surgery you can get to remove it. Iirc Grimes was the celeb I learned it from and it looked odd. It's probably there as some biological trait for protection of the organs or something like that.
Another thing is maybe you're skinnyfat? If so then working out your abs will help tone it up. It won't remove womb chub if that's what it is, but sometimes it will look chubby when it's just lacking muscle. At least I felt like my belly would flop about and looked almost chubby before i started working out my abs.
