How to actually get rid of blackheads?

Anonymous 22395

Dermatologist. They do or have someone that does glycolic peels or whatever else they recommend.

At home? Face scrub twice a week and a good facial cleanser but they'll always come back because they're supposed to be there. She has large pores so it's slightly more noticeable but only up close and you've got to be looking for it.

Anonymous 22396

Huh, my face doesn't look likethat. Maybe cause Inever saw sun in my entire life and I use tretionoin.

Oh yeah, use tretinoin and azelaic acid.

Anonymous 22571

I'm 22 and I don't look like that. If she only put little bit of effort she would look better. She already has a really cute face, shame.

Anonymous 22606

blackheads are just aged pimples and pimples are just metabolic waste that has not quite left the body yet. dance, exercise, sweat more and eat less food that is less complicated to digest. if you turned your back to the stupid food and all you ate was banana, red grapes, berries and watermelon, those pimples would run out and not return. just bad tending to your biology, your human garden.

food that is less complicated is worse for your gut

>food that is less complicated is worse for your gut

depends on what you think a desired gut is. if you think a thick layer of biofilm blocking the bowelwall where all kinds of little pets have their permanent home and do the digestion for you while reducing your capacity to absorb is desired then sure, go ahead enjoy you internal zoo.

when you want unclogged sewer-pipes where the very moist pre-digest can quickly touch the clean bowelwall to draw nutrients out, then you want clean pipes.

i want clean pipes.

Anonymous 22620

If you want spotless pipes you should try chugging antibiotics, that'll make sure there's no 'internal zoo'. Big pharma will lie that this is harmful, of course, because they want to keep you sick.

>If you want spotless pipes you should try chugging antibiotics, that'll make sure there's no 'internal zoo'.

i don't want spotlet pipes, this would imply an unfulfilled distant goal, i am getting spotless pipes already. and i'm not anti the biotics, i'm anti the biotics being glue inside me, killing them changes little as it will not flush out their remains.

when someone accuses someone of having a stick up the ass, that is not as far fetched as you would like to believe. a curvy hollow goo-rod that blocks the bowelwall from touching the food in the last stages of digestion. i'd imagine killing them (which would make them stop moving) should add to how gluey everything is, only making things worse.

a clean bowel is a miraculous thing. to completely empty the food tube cold turkey at maximum intensity apparently takes around 40, in some cases even as much as 90 days of fasting. first time i got near getting a cleaner bowel, i was surprised of how much more sensory signal i am getting from there, the bowel in it's cleaner state is actually a sensory organ and it sends a lot of feelings that a conscious person can perceive. i never knew this before i felt it for myself.

i guess you don't try stuff like that, you just sit around and hope for medicine and the good grace of doctors to keep you somewhat healthy.

So use a laxative, or an enema.

> i'd imagine killing them (which would make them stop moving) should add to how gluey everything is, only making things worse

Killing who? I don’t think antibiotics kill sticks up your ass. They’re generally built for a specific class of microbes, so they are not generally built for “sticks”. I suggest trying as many as you can for a cleaner gut.

I only give advice backed by science for nonas.

>So use a laxative, or an enema.

enema and even colonics only helps a little it can not reach the that far into the body as there is undigested matter.

>Killing who?

whoever you believe you are killing with your ill-advised use of anti-biotics.

>so they are not generally built for “sticks"

you don't get it, there is just loads of undigested matter in you, a nasty cakebatter stuck to your bowelwall. like a sewerpipe that is mostly clogged with heavy sludge, only leaving a small opening for sewage to drain.

>suggest trying as many as you can for a cleaner gut

you can stick your unintelligent suggestion where you fail do properly absorb…

>I only give advice backed by science for nonas.

yeah right, wear a white labcoat, heavy glasses and twist your grimace into a serious face to complete the cosplay🙄

That’s how they prepare for colonoscopy and it works. You avoid eating fiber (indigestible matter) for days and use a laxative. Which I suppose is also great advice for clean guts alongside antibiotics, but it’s less about microbes I suppose.

If you don’t like antibiotics, I suggest trying a more natural approach, as you can see penicillin kills all the microbes around it. It can be home grown in a dish, no pharma business bullshit. You can digest it orally which would also cleanse your digestive tract etc etc as a bonus. There’s many ways to get a cleaner gut than veganism which actually requires a lot of microbes in your gut, I just want to help.

if your gut was clean there would be no reason to stick a camera up inside.

>You avoid eating fiber (indigestible matter) for days and use a laxative. Which I suppose is also great advice for clean guts alongside antibiotics, but it’s less about microbes I suppose.

avoiding some foods in general and being mindful of the reality of the human digestive system in general (not just when you are having a colonoscopy week would do you well)

overall i don't respect your approach and there are way better ways to take care of yourself without your (p)harmaceutics. there are wholistic natrual approaches your ideology has not caught up to and why would it when it prioritizes market pressure over what is best for the human digestion. i wish you good luck, sounds like you need it.

Lol, not bad, but there are reasons, like research at least, or to confirm that it's actually healthy.

>(not just when you are having a colonoscopy week would do you well)

so you're a vegan avoiding fiber full time kek?

Good luck to you too I guess.

>Lol, not bad, but there are reasons, like research at least, or to confirm that it's actually healthy.

your reasons aren't valid. colonizers thought they discovered africa but there were already people living there. in the same vain, what you believe still needs to be researched is understood by people who already heal at the root what you struggle to merely treat at the level of symptom. while you are still worried about how to monetize an inferior treatment that can promise nothing but short term relief at best, the solution already exists for free, invalidating you and your entire approach.

Anonymous 22634

>>22632
>what you believe still needs to be researched
Of course, research never ends, that's why we now have reduced mortality, space exploration, trains, and now recently we got LLM's. (as controversial as they are)

>people who already heal at the root what you struggle to merely treat at the level of symptom.

Can you name them? I'm curious. Also what did you cure?

this is offensive to me, girl bye.

I had worse skin than that as teen. More to do with genes than being 22
