I guess I'll recommend them again (I don't own a pair of this brand of shoes, but read many great things about them!). I recommend them because they have TONS of styles, tend to go on sale (don't be scared by retail price, since most people will not pay the original MSRP), and most importantly: they've got a TON of widths available. Some models only have some widths, but I've seen AAAA, AAA, AA, A, B, C, D, E, EE, EEE, EEEE (AAAA is narrowest, EEEE is widest).
Tod's is another brand that is probably available in most of Europe. They specialize in loafers, although they have other shoes too. I only have 1 pair and they seem to run much wider than a lot of brands imo. (pic related is a random pair of Tod's I found online) Link here looks kind of like Bass Weejuns I think:
