I prefer before.
Look at the absolute smile she used to have.

She looked good before too

She also was already pretty before

I get the chin but her nose looked good before too, those kinds of noses are so elegant…
>>7470
Wow, that did a lot, it's like her jaw was missing before…

These all also looked good before the surgery.

I think most of these women were already pretty before their surgery, but I also hope they're happy with their results regardless.

I've had crushes on all of these. I'd imagine it rare that someone is only attracted to literal models and no one else.
>actor, news caster
If your looks are part of your career, I kinda get it ig. For most everyday people, it seems a bit unnecessary though. It's also mostly women who are held to a higher standard, and I'd imagine many would be in favour of holding men to higher standards as well, but I'd rather that everyone is more relaxed regarding their looks…

My point is these looks can be appealing and repelling for different reasons.
The biggest difference between them is that one of them just communicates higher social and economic status, and more importantly, a focus on public image. So I think it's not surprising that if you're not a PR person you would often find the natural look more "friendly".

and, of course, plastic surgery tends to make everyone look alike, sometimes erasing interesting and cool traits.

At least with overbite surgery you could hedge your kids not getting the recessed chin if they got into mewing early.

Stuff like rhinoplasty wouldn’t be fair though. I am not a fan of my nose but I won’t change it simply because I don’t want my daughters to feel bad about it.
