I don’t have too many (expensive, and shipping them overseas is only getting more expensive) but I do enjoy a good miku figure. My personal favorite would have to be my Miku append figma, she sits in my pc case and looks great! Other than mikus, I love getting those little gachapon trading figures online. I have some from aria, .hack//sign, etc.. these are gr8 cause they don’t take up a lot of space and are dirt cheap

yess picrel is the first miku i ever bought!! i had my eye on her since i was 13 or so, and when i moved away for uni she was the first thing i bought for my new place :)

my flatmate and i have a sizeable collection of figures (half of them are mikus) they bring me so much joy!!

also re: op's picrel i would kill for a NGE figure that is normal but theyre all with the suits and its just too boring and sexualised for me lol, i'd just like a pretty misato figure

I have to really like a character to get a figure, or else I just feel like a poseur… Touhou is lucky enough to get plenty, but smaller doujin games aren't

ive been collecting since i was able to.. liked anime since i was young, my favs are probably my rena 1/4 and my scarlet sisters… not many figures i really want anymore, started focusing on tapestries

i collect figs as well! my favorite right now is a kizuna ai that i picked up for super cheap on depop, but my all time favorite is a carnival phantasm arcueid fig i bought many years ago. shes the fig that started my collection :) (pictured in this very obnoxious 3ds snap)

I've only recently started collecting, the money aspect majorly put me off in the past. So far I only have a bootleg kotobukiya jason voorhees bishoujo figure (got scammed on ebay a few years back for it I'm gonna replace it with the authentic one when I have the money for it) which I had to do up, and a madoka which I gave to my friend for her birthday BUT I have two Revy figures from black lagoon pre ordered and an eremika figure coming! I have so many dream figures saved on my pinterest board that I'll probably never own :(

Yeah! I never thought that one day I would get my hands at some authentic figure, but I ended up being able to pre-order these two babies. They'll take so long to arrive, but at least I'll have them and I'm so happy!
