Imagine falling for that fake and gay virus psyop designed to legitimate an economical collapse just when the system reach its end.
Imagine unironically using the term "conspiracy theorist" when all the so called conspiracies just so happen to be true.
Imagine believing lockdown is useful and legitimate when the countries without lockdown are the one with the lowest death rates (Belarus, Iceland, Japan, Malawi, Nicaragua, South Korea, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming, South Dakota, Uruguay).
Imagine being for mandatory surgical masks use when a surgical mask is made for sterile closed places and that wearing it outside is useless and dangerous.
Imagine thinking there is an increase of cases worlwide when there is just more tests being performed that do not take into account the rates of false positives.
Imagine falling so deep down in this collective psychosis you're now building a whole new identity around it and become aggressive and angry at anyone pointing out the absurdity of the whole situation.

Those countries aren’t currently locked down because they did an actual lockdown in February - March that wasn’t half assed like America’s, and now they don’t need to lock down because their citizens wear their goddamn masks

Japan didn’t have a lock down. People were asked not to travel to or from a Tokyo or Yokohama (where cases were more concentrated). Most stores require masks to enter and have alcohol gel set out. Some stores check your temperature before they let you in. Most people are wearing masks. The school year was delayed and students went to school at staggered times to avoid overcrowding.

But there has been no enforced lockdown or settle in place or whatever.

Well I don't know if I'd go that far. Your words are a little extreme for my tastes.
I won't deny though that it was fishy at the beginning and with each passing month even more so. Unironically, this is just the flu. It's mildly contagious and kills an extremely small amount of people, generally the ones who are already weak. This is your standard, run-of-the-mill virus and the media and governments have been able to twist it into something apocalyptic. No one can go outside or interact and supplies are scarce, all from fabricated panic. Just looking at the numbers from a neutral, unbiased perspective is really interesting because it shows you just how mild this really is.

And if this is all made up, my question is why? I've been wondering that for the past several months. Why would the world shut itself down? What is there to gain from all this?

That picture is from the 2016 Ueno Cherry Blossom Festival. It was cancelled this year.

Anonymous 1781

why is it such a common misconception that the masks are only for protecting you? they aren't. the sole purpose of wearing a mask right now is to stop particles from hitting other people. even if they don't work what's the harm in being careful? japan has been wearing masks for a long time and theyre fine

Anonymous 1782

>>1781
Exactly. While is true that masks really don't protect you, they protect others, so if everyone wears them, everyone is protected.

I think they are using this pandemic to create another artificial "financial crisis" like the one in 2008.

2008 crisis was a cover for theft, hundreds of billions of dollars were directed to the pockets of elites with the help of world governments, ordinary people were robbed off their savings, their properties and then all the endless austerity policies that have been going on for decades with no sign of ending.

Think about it, even in USA, a country with obscene wealth, people are told that they can't have health care or good roads because "it's too expensive". We are constantly aggressively brainwashed to believe that we need to compromise more and more to "save the economy". And then suddenly, these same austerity-obsessed governments are willing to halt the entire economy, tell people to stop working? Tell me how this makes fucking sense.

They are preparing for another crash. Major financial papers have "predicted" crash for the past three years. Now they have a perfect excuse for it. The governments around the world will be "saving" banks and corporations with billions and billions of tax payer money again, more people falling to poverty, then there will be more and more cuts to public services, more push for mass immigration, more and sicker bread and circuses to keep people sedated in their despair etc. Until it's time for the next artificial crisis in few years.

Once the vaccine is made so much money is going to be flooded into the pockets of these people it will make the bank bailout look like a car loan.

It is undeniably true that the USA is the richest and most powerful country in the world, and yet it's citizens live in trailer parks and tents and can't afford healthcare, and yes infrastructure is failing too. What is the synthesis to this paradox??

Anonymous 1802

That's the point, isn't it though? A lot of grandmas and grandpas bite the dust during flu season, or even if they so much as get the natural cold. It's still mainly old people who are dying from the Corona, the same people that would also fallen apart from a light breeze.

There's no reason for Corona to be considered this "apocalyptic" event necessitating the shutdown of all of humanity's actions when this is as contagious as the flu and kills the same people the flu does (and even then, there are not that many deaths, at least not enough to require sending the world to the Black Death era)

Anonymous 1803

>>1797
dude she was gonna die of the next flu that blew in, that's what happens to old fucks. why the fuck are people so ASTONISHED when a 90 year old keels over? life is finite, deal with it.

Anonymous 1834

>>1802
This is factually not true. This virus kills much more than the flu. Yes, it is mostly old people with other illnesses, but that doesn't make it irrelevant. Lockdown is pointless once it has already spread though.

Anonymous 3948

If I miss my last year of uni I'm going to cry about it my entire life.

Anonymous 3958

>>1769
The virus is real, I know someone who died from it, but the economic problems which have come up in its wake are simply worse than the disease. The inflation isn't worth it, the mass transference of people from the workforce to the government's teat is not worth it. Also the vaccine is a moneymaking memearoonie and potentially quite dangerous. After a year of work the first vaccine came out and then two or three more suddenly hit the market right afterwards. Almost like people at these companies realized "shit, we can't be the only one without a vaccine."

Anonymous 4047

I just wanted to say that only tiny little small percentage of cases ended with dead. Like 2 %, very old, fakt and ill people. It actually isn't a dangerous illness. It really isn't.
In my country they counted people who died WITH coronavirus as it's victim so the numbers were overstated, the goverment locked us down. We couldn't go to shops, to schools, the goverment spent bilions (i live in Europe). Politicians bought masks and stuff and of course, they made trades with their friends' companies. HUGE amount of money was thrown from the window. Stat debt went insanely high. Not only here. All the countries are paying to some companies bilions of money from their taxpayers who didn't choose it. Debts of all countries are increasing and all of us are the ones who will pay it.

That's not the only problem. With the vaccine era, people are starting to be probihited from normal live. They have to test themselves everywehere they go. Everythong is ILLEGAL. When you go to the pub, no waiter can check informations about your health, no cashier, even policemen can't. I think in the near future even testing won't be enough. Without vaccine you won't be able to go to the work.
What is the worst? Half of the people (in my country) clap their hands and say it is great, because we "fight the virus". We fight against ourselves. The people think the virus is the problem - not politicians, not informers (during spring 2020 people were calling police because somebody was not wearing mask on his own garden!!!). They are happy with open segregation, humiliating and breaking the laws by the goverment.
Nowadays, if you disagree or only question something, you are "spreading conspiracy theories". You are marked as somebody dangerous for society, mad or stupid. It is too, fucking too much similar to nacistic or communist or any other totalitarian regime we know. But nazis at least had their Hitler. Here people are making everything, literally everything just by themselves (+ you can even compare it to a totality, because it is "offensive" and "insulting").

We always think stuff like this can't happend to us. There was never such regime in the US and in the Europe everybody though it is kind of end of the history when communist regime fell and now there will be only flowers and butterflies. But it doesn't work like this.. 1984, Brave new world, We, those are only book for now. If nobody says anything, it can too easy happen that we will be forced to wear facemasks every winter. Or to vaccinate by anything (I hope you know nobody know for example effects to pregnancy ect. The vaccine isn't really approved, only in kind of special mode, so countries aren't able to make it compulsory) everytime any new illness, no matter how serious it would be. Or to do hunderts of different things we don't really want to.

So I encourage you: don't vaccinate yourself just because other do, just because somebody told you, when you are healthy. Don't wear mask, especially when you really don't have to, when you are outside (I saw a man with a child wearing masks in FOREST where they were alone!!!). Don't trust to media. They are lying so much. So fucking much. And what's the most important - don't trust goverment. Never trust goverment. The govermetn has no real interest in your goodness. Ask yourself why should any goverment, any politician really care about citizen?

Anonymous 4685

I can't believe the cc cultist mods locked a thread with legitimate discussion around the political polarization of the vaccine and posted a link to this thread

Anonymous 4686

Maybe its because a lot of you haven't seen people you knew for years drop dead like flies because of that shit, but i have. A lot of theorists talk about it just killing the really weak people when this is not the case at all. I believe this is manufactured but i don't believe it's a dramatization of a common flu. Biological weapon would be more accurate.
