What is considered a small breast size?

I'd imagine anything under C? Any input, OP?

Anyway, I have A-cups that swell up to small Bs on my period, so it's a safe bet that I'm in the club.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?

I've always liked my small size and actually wanted a completely flat chest in hs. Kind of accepted that I'm stuck with A.5s now.
For a hot second after this I felt insecure because I've never had perfectly round boobs, but am now indifferent to that as well.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

If it makes an insecure girl feel better, I'm for it

>Do you prefer going braless?

My nips always show through, so no.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

I wear sports bras all the time unless I'm wearing something lowcut/with small straps. I don't like any jiggle.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

No.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

Who even does that? Shitty bfs? But I do poke fun at myself sometimes.
Somewhat related, a problem I run into at work is that, under a unisex uniform, customers sometimes mistake me for a man because small chest + undefined waist from big shirt + deep voice. It always gives me a laugh because I have a round, feminine face and clearly wear eyeliner.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

I'm grateful that people see me as less lewd for it (although I disagree with guys perving on busty ladies! gross!!!), although I do have a big ass I get the same shit that way hehe. They also get in the way less when excercising which is nice. I've seen small-chested girls say it's easier to buy shirts but I have broad-ish shoulders and haven't experienced that ease.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

I'm bi and like breasts of all shapes and sizes.

Overall, I think my lack of insecurity comes from the fact I'm sexually dominant. Or rather, I prefer to fill the role of sexual subject rather than sexual object. I also have my rear to fall back on, pun intended.

I don't have small breasts (Ds) but I actually know of a really cost effective way to make your breasts look larger if anyone's interested!

If you go into Lasenza look for a bra called Hello Sugar. It is super padded and makes you look 2-4 times larger. That way if it is a sore spot for you then while you're out no one can tell and they look bigger to you too and if you have a bf at home he should love you anyway so no worries. :)

Anonymous 3437

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
I love it. I don't like big breasts, I think they look lumpy and weird. Small and perky is what I prefer, and that's what I have.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
I think it's the same thing as wearing makeup. I don't understand people who have a problem with breast augmentation but don't have a problem with makeup. both are artificial means of enhancing looks.
>Do you prefer going braless?
Yes, it looks a lot more graceful (if you have smaller breasts).
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
I prefer bras with the least amount of padding, that are also comfortable.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
I don't really care.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
It's usually been fat girls that have made fun of me. i'm okay with it.
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
No need to wear a bra, nice shape, makes me look slimmer.
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
Small and perky.
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
Enjoy what you have.

Anonymous 3439

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
I like my boobs, they do good things for my self esteem. Honestly I am a really insecure person and can find fault with almost any part of my body, but my boobs are one thing that I'm 100% happy with. Every man in the world could hate small boobs and I would still like mine because they fit my standards.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
Sure, if that's what you want
>Do you prefer going braless?
When I'm home 100%, wouldn't go outside without a bra though
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
I just wear cheap ones that aren't fitted properly, I've had bad experiences with professional fitting (ie ending up with a bunch of expensive bras that fit worse than my cheap ones). I don't like underwire and avoid it.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
I can force some to exist with padded bras, it'd be nice to have more but I don't usually feel the need to show cleavage anyway
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
I can't remember it ever happening
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
Fitting clothes more easily (especially because I like asian fashion), hopefully a lack of sag in the future, small chests are more suitable for sports, there's minimal physical discomfort in general
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
Round, perky, small nipples that point more up than down
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
I don't necessarily have any advice or stories, it's been pretty smooth sailing.

Anonymous 3453

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
I distinctly remember being a small child and staring at my Barbie dolls and thinking "wow I can't wait until I grow huge boobies like this…" It didn't happen. By the end of high school I just kind of accepted that I was never going to go past an A cup. I feel a little self-conscious when I see big, super "perfect" idealized breasts in the media or if someone I'm interested in mentions that they like bigger breasts, but for the most part I don't mind. When I actually look around irl and see what other average breasts look like mine aren't too bad at all. The shape is nice.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

As long as it's done for good reasons (to help with self-confidence issues; basically for yourself and not for others or for attention) and the end result isn't extremely awkward looking I don't mind it. While slightly larger breasts would be nice TBH I probably would never do it because I would probably feel more self-conscious about the stigma associated with augmentation than the size of my breasts to begin with.

>Do you prefer going braless?

For comfort at home, 100%. In public I wear at the very least a bralette because I feel embarrassed if my nips are poking through. Weird fun fact but I actually never took off my bra except to shower from when I first started wearing one up until I moved out of my parents house and moved in with my boyfriend. Boobs were so taboo and not talked about in my family that I didn't feel comfortable letting my parents see my nipples through my shirt.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

My breast tissue is concentrated more at the bottom half of my breasts and I don't really have any volume at the top so full cup bras always feel weird because there's a gap between my chest and the bra at the top of the cups. My favorite kind of bra is balconette style/half cup. They fit very nicely and look cute.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

To be honest I this is probably my least favorite part about my breasts. Since there isn't a lot of tissue at the top of my breasts and they're also fairly wide-set, I have virtually no cleavage. Padded or push-up bras don't help much and just make the size look bigger through my shirt but don't make any cleavage. I avoid wearing cleavage bearing tops because I'm afraid my total lack of cleavage makes my breasts look smaller than they actually are.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

I've never been legitimatly bullied about it, just jokes among friends in high school. It's common enough to not be a big deal. Most guys I've ever been with have told me they prefer smaller breasts anyway or that they fit me well proportionately.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

Definitely being able to fit in basically anything. I'm slim too so I definitely feel like I take for granted being able to shop for clothes so easily. Also not being sexualized in inappropriate contexts is good.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

I think about C cup is a nice look for daily life. It's a guilty pleasure but for some reason I have a pretty big fetish for absolutely massive honkers in hentai/porn. Kind of suspicious it came from the thing with my family never ever talking about boobs growing up.

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.

I can't think of anything else.

Anonymous 3463

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
Not really, I accepted that not everyone can be huge tit godesses

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

I use to want implants, after years of researching and deliberating I decided the cons outweighs the pros
>Do you prefer going braless?
No, it feels weird
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
I like standard bras
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
Sometimes
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
No but maybe my grandma said something when I was younger
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
I don't have back pain
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
I like C/D cups

Anonymous 3467

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
i used to be pretty insecure about it up until ~8th grade when a lot of my friends started complaining about bra prices and back pain and i just kind of sat in the background like "damn, i'm glad that's not me"
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
yeah, i guess so! if people want bigger breasts that's their thing
>Do you prefer going braless?
in big sweaters, yeah - i think the shape it creates with the perk of nipples is very cute haha
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
SPORTS BRAS definitely, especially ones with thicker fabrics since my nips are diamond tier
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
not particularly haha
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
in middle school i got bullied a bit for having small breasts but it was kind of overshadowed by all the other things i was getting bullied over lmfao
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
easier to buy men's clothing/unisex wear (which i really enjoy) and no back pain or jiggles (though i end up having back pain from hunching over like a goblin anyway)
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
being a lesbian i'm not particularly picky but girls with larger nipples are definitely up there
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
i used to get mistaken for a guy a lot (ages 12-15) because i have a rather defined jaw and no tits, but now people are calling me a 'skinny legend' all the time because having small tits makes me look a lot thinner LMFAO

Anonymous 3469

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
It has for the longest times ever since girls around me started developing breasts, I've stuffed and tried every weird method in the book such as diet, exercise, supplements, etc etc, I've avoided swimming and doing fun stuff, now im completely okay with wearing no bra and a tight top
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
It is as long as if the woman is honest about it, mostly due to the fact if men see "perfect" breasts or just anything perfect, unless the woman themselves admits they're not natural men will run around and insist all womens tits should look like that of a sex dolls naturally and if they dont youre saggy, flat or worthless
>Do you prefer going braless?
I could but I just feel more protected, mostly due to sensitive nips
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
Sports bras for comfort, the ones that compress your breast, lace balconette(?) Bras for fun time, the ones that are sheer
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
Depends on what im wearing, overrall idc but if i do want it i have tricks to get it
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
Oh yeah, if it wasn't for berading I'd love having small breasts, ik i posted this before but I've had guys completely scream and rant at me about how i couldn't do random things like stretch back because my boobs weren't big enough, even my own boyfriend would brag about his big boobed ex then ~shocker~ when i get insecure and want implants he forbids them but continues to make me feel insecure, like which do you want? Do you want me to have perfect boobs or natural ones? Or does he want a completely different girl? I just don't get it
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
Looking younger (not in a pedo loli way though) mostly because I won't look out of place at carnivals and doing kids things since i like doing that
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
Natural average sized types, ones that are a good handful but don't look like perfect perky circles, I also kinda like slightly puffy nipples
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
Break up with ANY guy who bashes your breast, stop allowing men to treat us like this and still get loved especially since we know if a girl made fun of her bfs dick she would get dumped and harassed forever

Cup size different…

I thought I had small breasts (I wore a B size bra) but according to the size guides on r/abrathatfits I'm a DD. A lot of people seem to be wrongly sized.

Anonymous 3548

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
Yup. Used to feel worse about it when I was younger but I'm slowly becoming more confident in my own body.
Except when I was reeeeaaally little I hated the idea of having boobs, I wanted a completely flat chest.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

You do you! I personally wouldn't but that shouldn't change other people's decisions.

>Do you prefer going braless?

I don't prefer it, but since my chest is pretty small it's doable and can be pretty comfy sometimes. I only do it with certain shirts though so my nipples don't poke through.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

Simple ones, or bralettes.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

Sometimes I wish I had it cause it can really make a statement/I think it looks good in certain outfits. I can make some if I wear a really padded bra tho.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

Lol, my friends and I have all poked fun at eachother for having small breasts but it's never been a huge issue for me.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

I looooove sleeping on my stomach. Also I feel like I'm more free/not weighed down.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

tbh I prefer looking at larger breasts, but all boobs are fun at the end of the day.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
i was made fun of a lot in middle school especially in ninth grade since thats when everybody was developing and i never did i also got groped a lot for this, because they wanted to check if i really had anything on there lol…
when i had short hair people would always call me a boy after checking to see if i had a chest and it made me feel so masculine i knew i had to do something about that because thats the last thing i want to be perceived as
to this day i still feel kind of manly for not having a feminine figure i.e average sized/large breasts
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
like surgically ? it makes me sad to see women feel the need to get a boob job and the probable side effects and consequences ( idk if im using the right word sorry about that ) freak me out badly so im not sure its the right choice… but if it really makes you feel better and if it's 100% percent safe then i guess why not do it
>Do you prefer going braless?
i used to and i really enjoyed it until people started pointing it out, i didnt realize it was obvious im guessing because of my nipples?
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
ummm just regular ones… i dont know enough about them to say 0_0
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
not really, i kind of wish my boobs were even smaller now like completely flat so no i dont
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
i just didnt… or well i did try drinking fenugreek boiled in water and it kind of worked a bit so i recommend it if anybody is looking for a way to increase size naturally ( i wish i never did that though )
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
they dont get in the way as in they dont hurt or move a lot when im running or jumping… um… thats about it but i <3 small boobs
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
mom sized boobs, they're so feminine !
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
um… be content with what you have even if its hard to… fake it until you make it is what i mean and dont take surgical procedures as solutions because they could lead to permanent damage

Anonymous 11439

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
I'm a fan of slimmer bodies, so that is actually one of the things I like about myself.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

Anything anyone else does is fair game as long as it doesn't affect me.

>Do you prefer going braless?

Yes, but my ideal situation is a bralette with no underwire.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

Bralette with no underwire :)

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

No, I think it can quickly make an outfit look vulgar. Also I like the rib bones that can be seen when I am really slim.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

NA

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

Being able to go braless around the house. Having clothes fit better and look nicer.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

No preference.

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.

You can get away with a lot of plunging necklines and still look classy. Try it out.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
It hasn't really. My girlfriend loves my small breasts.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
You do you. I don't want em and I don't really wanna date someone with them.
>Do you prefer going braless?
No. Nips too sensitive.
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
Sports bras. Maximum comfy.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
Not particularly. It'd be nice if I could show off more for my girlfriend but I can do that other ways, I think.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
Back in highschool like 20 years ago I was harassed a bunch by a girl with massive knockers. I proceeded to grope hers aggressively daily for a while until she stopped.
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
Minimal back pain.
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
My girlfriend's. Medium or kinda big but not massive. I kinda like all boobs though. The girl attached is more important.
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc
Find someone who loves you for you. Don't try and get body modifications as a knee jerk reaction. Take care of your body and learn to love yourself.
I know that's not helpful but that's all I got.

Anonymous 11496

Having small boobs fucking destroyed my confidence but so did a lot of other things. I'm a B cup and a lot of men will tell me they're small.
I'm thinking of taking breast enlargement pills or estrogen. Hopefully it doesn't hurt me.

Anonymous 11497

I've ditched bras. I'm a c cup and I don't need them, I'm a free titty girl now

Tips: a scarf can help if you're nervous about excess jiggle

Anonymous 11520

You shouldn't let something like that bother you tbh.

Anonymous 11527

You should really work on getting yourself into a healthier mindset before jumping into surgeries or meds. If you get to a point where you're healthy but still want those things then go for it.

Itty bitty titty prodigy checking in

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?

I used to be super self-conscious about it in high school, and then they became the best thing ever to me. I'm happy with them and I don't want to be dramatic but I believe my mental health would suffer considerably if I had big boobs. I do wish ther were perkier though. For some reason, thinking of being naked in front of someone else still terrifies me, but I think this is more about my distrust of men and less about my confidence.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
Yes, women can do what they want. But as with any other surgery, make sure you do your research and make sure this is something you truly want. Look into the possible side effects. To younger girls: give it a few years before jumping the gun.
>Do you prefer going braless?
I NEVER wear padded or wired bras. I feel like they draw attention to my boobs and they make me feel/look stuffy. I do wear bralettes or sports bras because I don't like my nipples to show.
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
Bralettes!
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
Sometimes I guess? There are some outfits that look better with cleavage but then again I dress like a prude and flat chests are better suited for my fashion style.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
My mom likes to make offhanded comments about how I don't look like a "real woman". It used to make me angry but I've grown so comfortable about my body that I don't mind it anymore. There is something oddly satisfying about her implying that my body is not desirable to men kek
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
I don't suffer from back pain, I can run, I get less attention from pervs (but beware of pedos), I can dress more androgynously when I want to and I can sleep on my stomach :) Although this is completely unfair to big-chested women, it is also true that you can get away with tighter tops and more revealing necklines without getting shamed or stereotyped when you have small boobs.
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
Honestly I think all boobs look great.
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
The grass is always greener on the other side so appreciate what you have and work with it.

Anonymous 11658

A cup here
>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
I used to be ok with it, sort of thought it would be cool if they were bigger but meh, but ever since i got a boyfriend that likes gigantic breasts i started feeling extremely insecure about mine. He likes them and compliments them but i cant get over the fact that i dont look anything like the women he was usually attracted to. I wouldnt have as much of a problem with that if it were something i could naturally change.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
No. Fake breasts look ugly and opting in plastic surgery is pathetic. (Unless you got something that was broken/ruined and need to make it the way it was before)
>Do you prefer going braless?
Not anymore
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
Wireless, but not soft soft.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
No. The only person i want to see my boobs is my boyfriend and he can see them while im naked if he wants to.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
Yes. I used to think that those were dumb jokes. Like if someone made fun of you for having whatever color hair. Now if someone did it id probably relapse into my "im ugly" rumination.
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
Light, dont get in the way. Not getting extremely sexualised by strangers is a plus.
>What's your favorite breast type visually? Perky, round breasts with nips on the smaller size, from AA cup to about a D, everything else just looks like it was made up in some sick moids head.
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
Im still happy that mine are very round, almost like they are fake, even though they are very small.
Also if you're fit your boobs will look fine.

Anonymous 11660

not going through the list but i love my small boobs. i'd be happy if they were even smaller or if i had detachable nipples so i never had to worry about my nips being seen or them being noticed at all. i could not care less about what men think of my breasts bc i like how they look on my frame

am I weird? half of these look like a decent size, like a nice handful, I wouldn't consider these small at all except like 3-4 of them, some of them I would even consider 2 or 3 of them to be big. I think the whole "you have to have extremely large boobs or you're flat" thing is only an American/UK thin

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?

My weight fluctuations has me on both sides of the spectrum, I never really felt insecure when I had small breasts, the only people who ever really seemed to have an issue with it were like 2 douchey guys in high school and like 1 troll on the internet, the rest were morbidly obese girls who were insecure
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
it's the womans choice, this applies to americans who believe in the "anything less than a triple H is small" but I think more people need a reality check for their boobs before getting a boob job
>Do you prefer going braless?
100% unless I'm going to a formal event, if my chest feels heavy I need support though
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
sports bras, sports bras, and sports bras, for small and big
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
I have far apart boobs so even at my largest (like 7.5 lbs according to the doctor) I could only have cleavage in a nice bra
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
I have a decent presence in the medical community and there's videos of me giving speeches and lectures online, I've had my trolls especially if I wear a minimizer but other than that no one seems to care, I wouldn't date or be around people who shamed my body
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
I personally think it's cuter on my body type, weirdly enough I felt more feminine with a smaller chest
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
anatomy textbook boobs, average ones are extremely sexy to me
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
Just like I said, make sure your breasts are legitimately small, distance yourself from people who have an unhealthy view on how womens bodies look and then make that decision for yourself

Anonymous 11777

well yeah they consider like, if you wear a loose or relaxed t shirt, anything that isn't bulging out of said relaxed fit top, to be "small". it's crazy

I have normal sized booboos but I just want to say that the most in lust I've ever been was with a flat girl. The feel of hugging her was different and it just thrilled me somehow, her slenderness just drove me nuts. Never been so physically compatible with someone. I dated her for months even though she was a smoker.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
I used to dislike it when I was like 13 because I thought boys like bigger boobs, but then I grew up and realized that's false. Now I prefer small boobs because I can get away with wearing lower cut tops.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
As it currently exists, no, because the silicone implants are really toxic and cause brain fog and other health problems. Hypothetically, if it were possible to somehow actually increase the fat in someone's chest, like reverse liposuction, that might be alright I guess.
>Do you prefer going braless?
Yes, unless I'm wearing a top that looks better with a bra on.
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
I like nude bralettes to wear under see-through tops.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
Nope.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
I don't recall being personally berated for it. I do remember classmates making fun of small breasted women in general back in middle and high school. I coped by growing up and realizing that no healthy adult actually cares that much about breast size.
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
I can wear whatever I want. If a top is made for bigger breasts, I can just put on a push-up bra or padding.
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
No preference. All boobs are nice.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
It really hasn't affected me too, too much. I was bullied relentlessly (due to my height) into a social isolation long before I realized I'd be flat forever
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
If a woman wants to outside of pressure, which I believe is rare, sure
>Do you prefer going braless?
Almost always do, 32A so why not
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
I don't wear them, find them uncomfortable
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
Um… I don't really have an opinion
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
I was berated for my height, not my chest
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
No bras, woo!
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
I like somewhere between medium and 'too big, that looks like porn'!

Embrace bralessness! It's comfy, but only if you are small enough that it isn't comfy haha

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
it didn't really bother me for a long time but now i'm slightly self-conscious about it. mainly because it throws off my proportions and i have to curate my wardrobe with precision so the rest of me doesn't look wonky.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

yes, but many augmentations don't look natural and i would never have it done myself.

>Do you prefer going braless?

no.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

i don't have a fave, it just depends on what kind of shirt i'm wearing that day.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

i definitely am sensitive over the whole cleavage problem but it's just an outside image issue more than anything else. also the fact that a lot of shirts are cut with boobas in mind

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

i'm sure people have treated me differently than average-breasted women. i attract dickheads like flies but i've surprisingly not received any insults specifically over it.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

rocking male-cut and androgynous clothes. i've been gravitating towards a masc skater-metal-grungey look as of late and having a washboard chest really compliments it.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

small and firm, but also massive ones lel

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.

the hard truth is breast size does matter in a lot of cases, but you can rock a lot of clothing the big tiddy committee can't.
j-fashion as an example is small-breasted and cute asf.

before I hit puberty i was hoping I'd get at least a C cup but now I'm really glad I don't. Less ogling from moids and I get to feel more androgynous. I guess I'd want to have big boobs for like a hour just to know what it feels like, but that's about it.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
Well, if you want a successful one you better have a shitload of money, since they also require upkeep. I don't get it though. It really serves no purpose except for draining your wallet and achieving the bimbo/sexdoll look.
>Do you prefer going braless?
Having hard nipples all the time seems uncomfortable.
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
The top-like ones, that don't accentuate my chest and make sure they don't jiggle.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
I care about making sure there isn't any
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
Knowing that people only do it because they want you to feel bad for whatever pеtty reason.
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
Not having to carry that much weight 24/7, it's way easier to hide them if you don't want to get ogled.
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
All of them, except for the unusually saggy ones, like grandma tier saggy.
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
Not really. I mean, if you're insecure about your breast size there's not much advice I can offer to you, because I haven't ever been insecure about it that much.

bump made me see the post
>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
it definitely has affected me, but not a lot. i wasn’t even nearly an extrovert in my early years, and i guess it didn’t help. i’ve mostly just accepted it, like a lot of others in this thread.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
yes, for those who want it, but i’m probably not going to get one. i think these fit me more as a person more, and i’d much more love someone who appreciates me for who i am, and not for my chest.
>Do you prefer going braless?
usually, no, but i feel a bit more comfortable around my last boyfriend, so there was some times when there was just the two of us that i didn’t have one. also happens sometimes that i just forget it.
>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?
probably sport bras, they’re comfortable and fits me.
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
i’ve not had it for so long that i just don’t really care a lot anymore, but it would be nice.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
i mostly haven’t, and when it’s happened, i’ve mostly just brushed it off. it didn’t often happen with people i’m close to, they respect me through and through (hopefully).
>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?
i mean, not like i can make a good comparison, but i think they’re just less heavier than big ones. it also makes me look cute, which is kind of the visual appeal i’m trying to go for here.
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
probably medium size. i’m not too much into big ones, but i’d still like to date someone with bigger ones than mine, so i’d have to say medium. i’m bi, by the way.
>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.
no, i can’t really think of any, sorry.

Having small breasts never bothered me. But I was also lucky in that nobody made fun of me for it, or anything like that. I did have a minor crisis when I started weightlifting because they lost what little fat they had and turned into skin pancakes, but I've learned to own them. I'm happy I can choose to wear bras when I feel like it (which is rarely)

YESSSSS. If I'm wearing a baggy T-shirt, I'm probably braless. Anything else I will put one on though.

Non padded, minimal wire, soft.

I get comments from time to time about my booba, but I really just don't care. It's not my problem if someone doesn't like them.

Also when I googled the most ideal breast size the first page of articles basically said nothing but favorably towards medium sized breasts in most studies. You also have to remember studies from pre 1960 ish defined "big" very definitely since the average was a B cup and most things that would be considered small today would be considered large back then. I definitely see this in the media and among men I know since women who are considered to have the ideal body often have C-D cups which are less than the average of America and UK

According to your own link the average American size is B though.

It also says that in Europe the bigger you are, the happier you feel about your own boobs, while in US the biggest group is the least satisfied. I don't think obesity is capable of explaining this huge difference alone, especially considering how cultural difference should favor large breasts in US more than in Europe.

satisfaction =/= being ideal
most women should be happy with their breast size and this graph really flip flops, in UK the B cup is the most satisfaction, US is a C and Europe is an F cup but you also have to remember that european bra sizes are measured differently, you'd probably scream about how most european women with f cups are evil flat girls who are never gonna get a man if you ever seen one. how does it not? most studies have shown a C cup being the preference or a slightly large D cup, which isn't necessary large but still under the American average. Unlike other anons I never denied that there's a lot of men who are attracted to x y and z, I'm just saying that it's extremely extremely diverse therefore it's not fair or even correct to claim that medium to small boobed girls are "genetically cursed and will never be attractive no matter what"

this one mostly revolves around femininity, not just breast size. it's also interesting because attractiveness actually goes down after a certain size, included in this study if you look at the (b) picture of breasts, number 4, which was most attractive was actually a C cup, which proves my point

>PERCEPTION OF FEMALE BUTTOCKS AND BREAST SIZE IN PROFILE

>Results showed significant main effects of breast size (with an overall preference for small breasts) but not of buttock size

this one is interesting, considering other studies have found men actually prefer a higher but healthy BMI and brunettes are largely preferred

>Results showed that men rated images with medium-sized or large breasts as significantly more attractive than small breasts. Images with dark and medium areolar pigmentation were rated as more attractive than images with light areolae. However, variations in breast size had no significant effect on eye-tracking measures

I'm so confused. Most, if not all, of these studies largely prove my point that men prefer C or D cups and the ones that did show women who were labeled to have "large breasts" actually were quite small compared to american and UK average. By the way, the quote from the study I put to see if you were paying attention:

Gitter, Lomranz, Saxe, and Bar-Tal (1983) (…) conducted a study using male and female participants (…) their results suggest that males preferred large breasts and smaller breasts were rated more favorably by female participants. Yet, large breasts on obese women are not considered especially attractive. Low (1979) suggested that only slim women with large breasts would be thought of as attractive. This was also the conclusion of Furnham, Dias, and McClelland (1998), who found that attractiveness of breast size varied according to the shape and size of the body, with large breasts consistently enhancing attractiveness ratings so long as the figures had a low WHR.
>>13157
>What they defined as "large" is extremely different to what most Americans define as large
Sure, and most of these studies just ignore this, right? Indeed, they all used a different definition of "large", with no connection to the real world and their studies don't worth a dime since they disagree with you and your non-existent evidence. Is that correct?

Lying again. Let me quote my own post:

Here's what the text said

"This study looked at the contribution of breast size and buttock size on ratings of female physical attractiveness in profile. A total of 114 British undergraduates rated 9 silhouettes with 3 varying levels of breast size and 3 levels of buttock size. Results showed significant main effects of breast size (with an overall preference for small breasts) but not of buttock size. Gender of the participants did not have a significant effect on the variables, although there was a significant interaction of breast and buttock size. The findings suggest that variables such as breast size are minor cues of female physical attractiveness."

Anonymous 13172

>>13169
Here's some more from the study on research gate
>for both male and female observers, small-breast size was accorded the highest ratings. Pairwise Bonferroni comparisons showed that participants rated small-breast figures as the most attractive and large-breast figures as the least attractive. …

>>13172
Again, do you know why Wikipedia banned Research Gate? Because it's self-published, not peer-reviewd. Good research is paywalled and published by actual journals. Sure, there are some good papers there, but if you can't posted peer-reviewd studies published in journals with a high IF than you're just embarrassing yourself with something that doesn't even work as a gish gallop, since there are more studies contradicting you than anything else.

I get the impression it was mostly fuelled by troll posts (this happens a lot on anonymous imageboards but some people still take everything they read here seriously) that got some girls offended, and now we're both just insulting each other and posting statistics barely anyone cares about.

Most flat-chested girls know the average man prefers bigger boobs and aren't delusional enough to argue the average man likes A or AA cups.
Most big-boobed girls know their chest sizes are considered more attractive by the average person, so they have no reason either to sperg about how flat-chested girls are the ugliest thing on earth. I seriously wonder if anons like this one >>13178 are really female.

So, when a study says "larger breasts (..) received higher attractiveness", another one says " bust sizes 3, 4, and 5 received significantly higher ratings than sizes 1 and 2.", another says "increasing breast size enhanced the ratings", another one says "Women with (…) larger breasts received higher attractiveness" yet another one says "that males preferred large breasts" they are not concluding that larger breasts are overall more popular?

Anonymous 13192

I'll post it again revised
>Female physical characteristics and intra-sexual competition in women
this one mostly revolves around femininity, not just breast size. it's also interesting because attractiveness actually goes down after a certain size, included in this study if you look at the (b) picture of breasts, number 4, which was most attractive was actually a C cup, which proves my point
>
This is one where men DO prefer larger breasts but breasts actually started getting less attractive after a certain size and the girl with the most attractive breasts was less than American and UK average
>PERCEPTION OF FEMALE BUTTOCKS AND BREAST SIZE IN PROFILE
Furnham, Adrian ; Swami, Viren
>Results showed significant main effects of breast size (with an overall preference for small breasts) but not of buttock size
>overall preference for small breasts
????
This is the one you keep insisting it claim "bigger is better" yet the deeper I research this paper I am not finding it and even when they measured both female and male opinion, since you said it was women that preferred small, but I've checked (4) sites with this study and none of them mention larger > attractive. If you can find this on a site please post it or even better screenshot it with the quote highlighted + verifiable link
>Determinants and Consequences of Female Attractiveness and Sexiness
this one is interesting, considering other studies have found men actually prefer a higher but healthy BMI and brunettes are largely preferred
I'm going back to this and still standing by what I say, this is due to the fact that hair color and BMI always flip flop is like every single scholar reviewed study, which is why it's eyebrow raising. They also don't go too in dept though

>eye tracking for female preferences

>Results showed that men rated images with medium-sized or large breasts as significantly more attractive than small breasts. Images with dark and medium areolar pigmentation were rated as more attractive than images with light areolae. However, variations in breast size had no significant effect on eye-tracking measures
>
This is another one I'm bringing up again because you're actually quoting the HYPOTHESIS as proof, and not the actual conclusion which said men prefer darker areolas but no breast size preference was found

I'm so confused. Most, if not all, of these studies largely prove my point that men prefer C or D cups and the ones that did show women who were labeled to have "large breasts" actually were quite small compared to american and UK average. Not to mention the first study was done exclusively on italian men

This first study is where you have a point however it was done by a plastic surgery board and catered by and for plastic surgeons. We all know big fake boobs look almost nothing like big real boobs. But this study also leaves a lot of blank spaces since it could vary anything from "there's a preference for big fake boobs" or "what we consider large is nothing like that most Americans consider large". Plastic surgeons are also notorious for lying to women in order to increase revenue (don't be sensitive or cry cope, this is definitely the truth as it goes for anyone who tries to sell any sort of cosmetic item or procedure)
Breast implants are also popular which you have a good point over however most of it is just very very small women wanting to having B-C cups. If your idea was true everyone would be pushing for triple Ds

Anonymous 13206

We went from "all men prefer large breasts no exceptions" to "men sometimes prefer large breasts but mostly prefer largeish breasts" to "men prefer slightly larger than average or average breasts" and finally to "men prefer average, to slightly larger than average, and extremely large ties with small in terms of attractiveness"

You said "his one mostly revolves around femininity, not just breast size." but when I quoted it and it said "Women with larger breast received higher attractiveness"
you changed your argument. Again, bad-faith.
The article doesn't say anything about cup size so stop saying stuff like c or b cup as if it did. I'll quote their conclusions:
Feminine faces, large breasts and bodies with low WHRs received higher attractiveness ratings, although the extremes were not always considered most attractive. There was no tie. At best you can say there is a margin of error.
On pic related, their conclusions. Granted, the biggest size didn't get the best rating, but the second biggest did, and the biggest scored better than the two smallest sizes. This also happened to WHR, which surprised me since I thought this was far more important than breasts.

>Attractiveness and femininity actually went DOWN from the largest size and most likely after the largest size if the study continued
>Average to large average was rated as most attractive
>The girl that they considered large was way less than American average (true)

I don't see why questioning a study or pointing out obvious flaws in the study is wrong or why you keep ignoring my thoughts and just being rude and repeating yourself. Obviously what different people's definition of "large" are plays a factor in studying large breasts and if you can't accept something as obvious as that idk what to tell you

Here >>13236 you said that I ignored that "Attractiveness and femininity actually went DOWN from the largest size" problem is, as I said here >>13233 " Granted, the biggest size didn't get the best rating, but the second biggest did, and the biggest scored better than the two smallest sizes. The studies you posted defined big as different as most people, that being said, one of your studies stated that average = big in terms of attractiveness and another was even favorable towards small for both male and female opinion. Im not denying there aren't studies that show this but most I've found say average or slightly larger > all. I don't see why you can't acknowledge that not all studies say the same thing, in fact in all realms if sciences, most theories have experiments that contradict each other. Wouldn't you know that science kween?

>Six or seven

Lol no. Not at all. None of the studies brought up the variant definitions of an opinion, you can't even acknowledge the fact the science is revolving around an opinion. Even studies that study attractiveness, loudness, etc. Can agree that those things very by opinion, why wouldn't breast size?
>You lied !!! You lied!!! You lied!!
Okay if this was true you'd have no problem showing me what a big fat compulsive liar I am, you can't even acknowledge your own lies anyway.

Your lies start when you kept insisting and swearing up and down "every single study you posted said larger is better no exceptions" and then you keep screaming this statement mindlessly even though only like 1-2 of your studies truly said larger is always better. >one of your studies stated that average = big in terms of attractiveness
What?

First, you didn't find any study. I brought all the actual studies here except for >>13121 and your online poll.
Second. How about reading the post you're quoting. I said here >>13247 " ceteris paribus, big>average>very big>small>very small." Again, acting in bad faith.
>Lol no. Not at all
Yes. 100% yes. I've quoted the parts they've showed their results.
>you can't even acknowledge the fact the science is revolving around an opinion.
Not at all. That's called Philosophy (something I love). One of the main differences is that science is objective. It makes mistakes, but it's based on evidence, and the evidence so far shows that big>average>very big>small>very small.
>Okay if this was true you'd have no problem showing me what a big fat compulsive liar I am, you can't even acknowledge your own lies anyway.
I love how you didn't deny you lied and need to resort to whataboutism. Guess I can say for sure that you're indeed engaging in bad-faith.
>even though only like 1-2 of your studies truly said larger is always better
Again, you can read the post when I posted the conclusions.
>You also are still ignoring the concerns for the fact that largeness is subjectiv
No. You just want to pretend that the world has a different idea of what's big because it helps your narrative. Again, I find very unlikely that you know more than people that are actually studying the subject.

I maintain a bmi of 18 with some muscle now and it looks much better, good even. Basically being thin + tall justifies having a small chest, like a catwalk model. Anons are probably going to hate on this and accuse me of being an anachan, but try having a tall, broad shapeless frame with no boobs, especially in this time with people accusing less shapely women/women with masculine features of being trannies.

Eh, I don't know about being doomed but men are more critical of women's bodies in general.

Also "accepting" most women's bodies doesn't mean "being able to fuck any body." Men are still the ones taking the most creeper pictures of women to shame them and their bodies. Women existing that tear other women down over their bodies doesn't negate how men are way more likely to value women based off their looks.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
It affected it very much. I hate how unfeminine my body is. I wear flattering sports brah, because I hate how my breast just grew half ass. I am much older than most of the woman here, but I still hate my small breasts. I know my mindset is not healthy but I think I should have it because I feel so horrible unwomanly. I never dare to be nacked in front of someone. I never had any intimacy and never dated, not just because of my breast, but they were a big part of it.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

No, I strongly believe that changing how you look is not good. We are to 90% an ugly species and we should accept it. I hate my body and if I wouldn't think like that I would be an beauty surgery addict, I know that.
We should learn that we look how we look.

>Do you prefer going braless?

Absolutly not, I have small but they are pointy, which I hate even more. You can see something when I don't wear a bra. Nipples are also a problem.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

Sportsbras are the only bras I can wear. I hate everything else. Most of the bras strabs just don't hold on my shoulders. I feel horrible wearing real bras, because my breast are so small and I just have the thoughs "They don't deserve to be treaten like real boobs." (Don't come at me with the stupid site a bra that fits. It made me nearly suicidal)

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

I wish I could have them. I think it looks very nice. But sadly you can build a 5 lane highway between my breast. Even when I push it will never form a cleavage.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

I don't.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

There are non for me.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

I know anime ruined me. But I like big breasts that make a nice cleavage. Not to saggy, you know. No porn ones, they look weird. I just want to look nice, like a real woman, not a child.

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc

Don't end like me.

Anonymous 14345

>>14344
>I know anime ruined me
I hate how much I can related to your post. I'm also qolder than most people here (30+), I hardly ever watch anime or play anything nowadays but I still sometimes think stuff like "how can I even compete" when I see a beautiful anime girl. Then I remember that I can actually compete and win simply because unlike them I exist but still. I don't feel bad when I see an attractive actress.
And yeah, the worst part are the anime breasts, and how they have a perfect shape, with a perfect size and perfect softness, on extremely fit bodies, and yet they look more natural than fake tits.

Anonymous 14348

>>14344
>Most of the bras strabs just don't hold on my shoulders.
Don't know if you want the reason for this or not but here it is: Your bra band is supposed to support all the weight and the straps are just to hold it in place. When the band is too loose, the straps have to do all the supporting. This makes them dig in and be painful. As a result, you end up loosening the straps too much and they keep falling off.

Anonymous 14358

Recommends for padded bralettes? Padded to prevent nipples from poking through I mean, not to like make them look bigger.

I am happy that I am not the only one.
Same with the acress, but that is for me mostly that I rarely find anyone attractive.
Haha thank you, i don't feel complet alone now. (Also 30+) because it is often a teenager problem.
I also hate to come with the anime comparison, because trans ruind it and everytime someone mentions "I wish i would look like an anime woman." I have to think about the "I want to be a UwU princess." Which is not what I meant. I just think anime WOMAN look so more elegant and nice. (even though they are not real)

>>14348
I am more skinny, so my bra bands were always fitting. I am not sure what you mean with that.
But I think it is more of a shoulder shape problem. I also can't wear bags, because the handle always slipps away.
But thank you for the tip.

Anonymous 14370

>>14360
>I am more skinny, so my bra bands were always fitting.
The problem is caused by your band being too big. If you are skinny, you are likely wearing a band too big. If you ever have the chance, try a 30 or 28 band.

Anonymous 14390

I'm not sure if my breasts count as "small", I'm probably cup B/C (I'm like number 7 or 6 in size). But boy do I hate the way they look. Like saggy moobs that are way too far apart from each other and with really big areolas. Not only that but they are noticeably asymmetrical… It's embarrassing. Yeah I'm admitting it, I hate my boobs. It wouldn't be so bad they didn't look that far apart OR if they were either smaller or bigger. I just feel like no one would actually be attracted to the shape of my breasts, even though the two boyfriends I've had that saw them, said that they liked them. Every single woman I've seen topless (either in real life or in pictures) has had better-looking breasts than me, no matter the size.
Is it just my torso (which admittedly has also made me insecure in the past because of my broad shoulders), or has my shit posture made them sag in such an unflattering way? Or both? fuck my life, it's probably too late to fix now (and no I will never get surgery)

It's genetics and perfectly normal. Don't be brainwashed by the media into thinking your healthy normal body is a problem. Men's testicles always hang unevenly and sag with age. Yet they don't care because no one is telling them to feel bad about it.

>>14391
Would you go to lc for good advice? Then don't accept their criticisms. They will nitpick anything and everything to death. Half the threads have vendetta posting and people overly obsessed with hating.

Flat chests look good, push up bras look good, and everything else looks good. Female flat chests are not the same as male chests and cannot be unwomanly. Saying that, a woman is much more than her body.

>what do you tell yourself when you see people imply that small breasts are not good enough?

Anonymous 16235

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?

It hasn't really. I do get jealous of women with bigger breasts occasionally, but it's usually fake large ones instead of real large ones. I unironically think they look better. (No I'm not a moid with porn brain-rot, fyi.)

But I'd still rather have my small breasts than deal with the back pain and tit-sag that comes with large breasts, any day.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

See above. Yes, I think boobjobs can actually look better than real boobs if done right.

>Do you prefer going braless?

I actually always had and thought I had always gotten away with it too, until recently when a creepy moid that was a mutual friend of one of my former roommates suddenly asked me why I wasn't wearing one. I've been too scared to go out in public without wearing one, ever since.

>What are your favorite types of bras, if you wear bras?

Sports. I hate non-sports bras, because I still can't for the life of me understand how to adjust the straps on them and can never reach the clip in the back. Plus, non-sports bras - even the smallest ones I've found - always end up riding up my chest.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

No. It's hard to really have one with small breasts and I dress too conservatively for that, anyway.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

Never have, but I have been mistaken for a guy multiple times by now so I wonder if that was a factor.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

Should be able to get away with wearing bras more. At least, I thought that but again..since that moid suddenly caught me not wearing one that day, I have been questing just how much you can really. Plus, even if its not my boobs overall, I have a problem with the outline of my nipples showing too much if I don't. (And it's made me realize how horribly designed alot of women's tops are. If you do wear a bra with some of them, then the bra will just show too obviously. You just can't win.)

I guess I like that I'm automatically less sexualized compared to a woman with larger breasts. And I don't have to be treated more like a bimbo because of them, etc.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

Perky.

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.

Well, definitely think twice about going braless next time before hanging out with creepy moids I guess.

Also don't think that gaining weight will actually make your boobs bigger. That's a myth. Fat just makes you appear to have larger breasts, even though you don't.

Just wanted to say that men are literal pedophiles who would prefer to fuck teenagers over adult women, so I’m not sure why anyone thinks their preferences matter. If you ask me, the recent (1950s to now) cultural obsession with large breasts is a) thanks to porn and b) also partly borne out of men deriving sexual satisfaction from women’s pain, since large breasts are so painful for so many women and cause actual medical issues. That’s why large breasts are so heavily featured in hentai, which also heavily features rape. It’s not a coincidence; men really enjoy seeing women suffer.

Anonymous 16824

>>16823
he has no idea what hes talking about and it sounds like it would just make you fat, which as we know can cause larger breasts too but who knows to what extent and tbh not a good trade off.
if you want to grow your breasts:
1 eat meals high in protein every day. aim for at least 80 g of protein (usually a woman needs around 40 g a day but if youre trying to grow a body part you need way more than that)
2 change your diet to include fruits and veggies too if you didn't eat them before, they have essential vitamins for the process
3 drink around 2 liters of water for good blood circulation so that it can deliver the nutrients to your breasts
4 linked to the above, massage your breasts everyday, once or twice a day. usually its better to do it before bed as hormones are more active at night, or around 2 to 3 hours after lunch when the nutrients are circulating in your body after digestion. look up japanese breast massage videos on yt there are many good ones you can choose from
6 exercise regularly, aim for around 150 minutes of exercise a week. do not overdo it, just do the basics for optimal blood circulation and growth hormone release
7 linked to the above, sleep at least 7 hours every night, preferably avoiding blue light at least 30 minutes before bed

if you are underweight, get it to a healthy range during the program. if you suspect medical conditions, seek professional help as both these things could hinder the growth even if you do everything right.

there are extra steps one can take but with doing just this there should be a good change. note that it's a long process and getting to your desired size can most likely take years (around 3/4).
the first results will also take a bit, although that depends on the individual and the starting point. usually the larger the breast, the fastest the first changes can be seen. id say it takes around 3 months to see the initial increase, and it gets easier from there. yes it is a slow process and it isn't magic, if you have a flat bust you more than likely won't end up with very large breasts but there are women who grew up to 5 cups doing this.

I would say that it's important to remember that big boobs come with a lot of physical downsides. Also, pretty much any big boobed woman will tell you that they attract the grossest kind of moids.

Growing up, my mom was rail thin and had natural DD boobs after having me, and I just remember how fucking disgusting men were to her, leering at her and stuff. Also seeing her constantly struggle to find clothing that fit her without looking cartoonish. I honestly was kind scared growing up that I would end up with the same ones, but weirdly enough I have small ones when all the women I'm related to have big ones.

Also I'm not like, scientifically sure if this is true but it seems like smaller boobs attract more reasonable moids.

I only wear wireless bras and I love bralettes, especially cute lacy ones.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

No, I don't have cleavage.

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

I just kind of got over it with age.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

I don't have to worry about back pain, I can sleep on my stomach, and I can wear pretty much whatever shirts/tops I want.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

I don't really have a preference, boobs are boobs.

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.

As cheesy as it sounds, learn to love yourself and rock what you've got.

>Mfw I have AA boobs and all the anons here complaining about their "small" B chests.
Opening this thread was a mistake (I'm not mad at you anons, but it sure was a reality check for me)

Anonymous 18279

as a big titty girl i really am confused about anons who say men think their breasts are repulsive just because theyre small. I wonder if its an exaggeration? i literally starve myself to achieve a flatter chest. saggy balloons are what's repulsive, also who cares what moids think.

Anonymous 18286

>tfw 32C yet moids still think this is flat chested and small
I don’t want to live in this porn obsessed brain rot society anymore.
Also is there a medium breast thread or general? There is only a big chest and small chest thread. I feel compelled to post in this one because I’m too small according to some moids

Anonymous 19129

In this thread I mostly see people discussing their experiences with having a small chest. However I was wondering if there maybe is a possible way to get them to grow? With supplements or increasing specific food uptakes? (without getting fat ofc). I really would appreciate some advice on this if there is any. I am in my early twenties and heard somewhere that they might still grow a little then, let's say I am a little hopeful. But I would like an option other than plastic surgery/bra stuffing to increase size.

Anonymous 19131

>>19129
Supplements and specific types of food tend to be more anecdotal and there isn't solid evidence of anything being consistently useful for everyone. It probably doesn't hurt to try eating different types of foods but please avoid any artificial products that outright claim to help with this, they're lying to get your money. There aren't any creams or pumps or anything topical with solid evidence either and they're useless at best to risky at worst.

I know it's disappointing but the only things that are truly linked to changing breast size would be like, as a side effect of certain medications and pregnancy, which are obviously off the table if your only goal is to change size. Sometimes people change size randomly throughout their life since your body never really stops changing even after puberty, it's not unheard of for women to have an abrupt growth spurt in adulthood.

Other than that, I think sometimes people find that developing your chest muscles while maintaining or slightly gaining weight helps project your breasts forward, or that improving posture helps.

Sorry for the pessimistic response but I've seen girls waste money or even hurt themselves on sketchy enlargement strategies or products, so I don't want anyone to get duped.

Fatty culture + porn addiction. I'm a C/small D and from Brazil (known for fitness). Always thought I had a good healthy ratio for my body until I came to America and men and women would call me flat and even suggested a BA. Weirdly enough it's all from fat men w fat gfs or just straight up fat women.

Anonymous 19165

>>19162
Also from Brazil here. At least from my experience people expect you to be skinny and have huge boobs and asses here. No wonder why we are got more plastic surgery than any other country in the world but America. Standards here for women are ridiculously high and unachievable. At least in other countries people understand that having huge boobs and being skinny is not very common.

Anonymous 19166

>>19165
Their standards for big boobs and butts is much lower though. Women we consider curvy here have been called flat by lard ass Americans

Anonymous 19168

>>19131
So far the most effective method I've seen was vacuum pumps (not for breast milk). I also heard of women trying the primal diet then their hormones regulating causing a more flattering fat distribution

Anonymous 19171

>>19165
Yeah but Americans don't understand how ratio works. They literally expect a woman that's like 120 lbs to have the same exact breast volume as a 200 lb woman and if not she's flat chested. Once had a moid go through circles about how his gf was huge (fat) and because of that anyone who doesn't match up is fat, then I pointed out the women he kept claiming were flat chested actually had a large bust/waist ratio than his gf and he agreed their boobs were big for their body like what

Being flat has been and still is my biggest insecurity.
As someone who struggles to fill out an A cup i never realized i was flat and "different" than all my friends until about 9th grade. Then the realization that I was a flat skellyfag hit hard. I truly never thought about it until my bsf mentioned it to me. My insecurity about it only grew when I learned my friend's little sister had been calling me flat (and some other things) behind my back ever since I had went to the beach with them. (I haven't worn a bikini since). It was definitely tough for me throughout highschool, I tried to just hide it mostly by wearing jackets and such. I had always felt so different than everyone else because every other girl I knew or saw pass by wasn't flat like me.
What I wouldv'e given to have some cleavage to wear cute tops like everyone else without looking like a 12 yo boy.

Anonymous 19319

>>19313
Tops are so much cuter and flattering on small chests though. With absolute no disrespect to women with above average chests but I've always thought larger chests and cleavage makes women looks aged, motherly. Just go look at some skelly catwalk models, you may not be as skinny or tall as them (or maybe you are) but you can't deny everything looks great on their flat chests.

Anonymous 19320

>>19313
your friend group is weird, what culture are you from? I'm friends with multiple women who are complete, 180 degrees flat and no one gives a shit or they attract people who prefer that body type. I even know multiple strippers who were flat chested that made tons of money

Anonymous 19334

I used to be an E cup but got a reduction because it was so uncomfortable, and the small breast club is so fucking nice. Some things I like about it are

Crop tops look better on me
I can wear strapless shirts with ease
Laying on my belly is comfortable
Exercise is easier
Minimum under boob sweat
Depending on what I’m wearing, I can go completely braless in some outfits

Small boobs fuckin rock

Anonymous 19335

>>19334
Same, went from J to be. Looks so much better naked. I feel like most moids only prefer big breasts when it's in clothes where as they seem to prefer how small boobs look naked

I'm about to answer op and im probably going to be dogged on for my answer
I underwent a total simple mastectomy for both of my breast about three years ago.

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?

All that really changed in my life is not wearing bras anymore, not even sports bras.

>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?

My surgery was in effort to prevent a future of issues with my lymph nodes and possible necrosis in my breast tissue due to an abnormality. Doctors haven't said what the abnormality is, but it summed up to "Your breast will actually calcify and act like an invader" which yknow, can be an issue down the line. So they chopped them both off.
From a medical standpoint, breast augmentation is fine, preferable even when your tits will cause problems later down the line.
But plastic surgery is retarded.

>Do you prefer going braless?

Literally don't need a bra ever.

>Do you care about having cleavage or not?

There are times where I have some severe envy, even from old photos of myself. Ill look at what I once looked like in stuff like school books and family photos and not even recognize myself anymore. I just don't think about it enough for it to be a problem

>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?

I just dont think about it. Most women will poke fun at my boobs, or lack there of, but even some men will mention it. I just shrug it off. My body, not theirs.

>What are your favorite aspects of having small breasts?

No bras, and guys clothes fit well.

>What's your favorite breast type visually?

Big honkers.
Bahongers even.
Sufficating Chokers.

>Any other advice for other small-breasted ladies, stories related to your small breasts, etc.

I've actually gotten out of a public indecency charge with my mastectomy before. I went outside of the house and was walking over to my grandma's who lives next door, topless. In doing so, i failed to realize my neighbors were out, and being the snitches and assholes they are. A cop car pulls up bout 10 minutes later outside my grandma's house.
I have to get up from talking and hanging out with her to answer the door. Still topless, the cop basically reeled back when i opened the door. Guy didnt know what to do so gave me a warning and simply said that nudity of any kind in public is prohibited, and since i didnt want to get shot i didnt bring up the fact that guys do the same shit all the time. So i said yeah and just closed the door when he walked away.
Dudes walk around with their nipples and abs and hairy ass chest out, meanwhile me with no nipples, no body hair, and -AAA cups got the cops called on me. Yeah, okay, totally fair. Legitimately the prime example of the fucking hypocrisy the pigs uphold. Im almost ready to start calling the cops on the dudes on my street in summer for going out topless and working in their yards.

what size were you before? what was healing like? did they remove the lymph nodes completely - and if so do you get sick more/have less immunity ?

Anonymous 19363

IMG_9297.jpeg

>>19362
A little bit over a 4” difference for a D cup, so sorta a d-cup. 30D is the last pair i bought a couple years back, and i might have it sitting somewhere in a drawer.

For the healing process, this was a time where I was practically living in the hospital. I had lung surgery frequently, and so recovery was long and extended. Only until 2021 have I really been in full recovery since my lung transplant.
But recovery and healing from the mastectomy almost went unnoticed in comparison to much worse medical issues.
For the immunity part, with a total simple mastectomy they simply remove breast tissue and the surrounding outside skin, making sure to leave the lymph nodes intact. If i remember right, they didn’t remove either of the nodes.

In my very unprofessional opinion, they simply removed my breast out of frustration with dealing with them for my surgeries, but the medical anomaly could have been fully real. But to me, they simply chopped me however they liked under the knife.

I love my small breasts and I hope they never get bigger. Sucks that so many buy into the moid propaganda and feel bad about it for no reason.

nonas my breasts are a joke. i have A-AA cups despite being on the cusp of normal and overweight bmi. my breasts have a horribly ugly shape. they are flat on top and dont have my fat on the underside either, all the fat seems to be on the side of them, yet i have no cleavage. the worst part about them is the nipples. my areolas are puffy and stick out when my nipples arent hard, and theyre also fucking huge compared to the rest of the breast.

theyre ugly in crop tops if its a tight one and i have no bra, cuz theyll look like waffle cones from the side, and theyre ugly with no shirt on, because i have a horrible shape and theyre small for my body.

the ONLY time they look semi presentable is when im cold, and the all the skin on my breast tightens. they look rounder and the areola shrinks SIGNIFICANTLY like to a normal size, but then my tits go back to the same relaxed fugly shape. im doomed

>How has having small breasts affected your body image and confidence?
It has made everything better. No sexualizing from outsiders (well.. as little as possible as a woman), I can jump and run without having to think/prepare, and I love being flat. I got made fun of a little for being so flat in highschool, but I’m so grateful for it I don’t mind. Probably helps I had a mom who hyped me up throughout my childhood.
>Do you believe breast augmentation is alright?
Meh, I advise against it. It’s a waste of time and money you could spend on trying to learn to like yourself. Easier said than done, of course. My mom was Acup and got doubleDs after breast cancer took her breasts, which I mean… eh.. I just don’t understand the logic behind a breast augmentation.
>Do you prefer going braless?
yep. no bras fit me except training ones…
>Do you care about having cleavage or not?
no. i like to show off my chest/collarbone area more than cleavage.
>If you have been berated for having small breasts, how have you coped?
jump up and down without worry
>What's your favorite breast type visually?
B/small C. a little to grab and look at, but not too big.

I hung around a lot of online spaces when I was 12-14 YO (male dominated spaces since the internet in general is male dominated). Can't believe my self-esteem got so low that I used to joke with them about being "flat". When I was 17 an ex-bf told me I was unattractive because I didn't fit into Eurocentric beauty standards which I suspect is partially due to my small breasts (I'm Asian). I coped by developing a hatred of men kekw.

I miss having small breasts so much. Back when I was in high school I was 5'9 and weighed 129 pounds and was a B cup at most. Now it's 10 years later I'm 226 and my breasts are fucKing huge. I can't find bras that fit me at Walmart or any of the normal stores and even when special stores have them they are expensive and few and far between. I hate that can't do jumping jacks, I hate that I can't really wear sports bras (I'm autistic and it gives me sensory issues). I remember an ex of mine brought up how small they were in a text telling me off after I broke up with him. It really didn't affect my that much because I liked the way they looked. I guess the only thing that ever really hurt my self-confidence is when people would mistake me for a guy, but at the time I associated that with me just being an ugly girl. In hindsight, it probably had something to do with it. It doesn't matter to me now, I would do anything to go back to my old body. [spoiler]I just wish I could stop overeating. I have like no self-control.Or stop eating for a while in general[spoiler] I guess I like that guys like my breasts and they can be kinda cute in some outfits. I would kill to have small breasts again though.

>I would do anything to go back to my old body

first thing to lose weight is to continue to hold the thought that it is possible.

i mean that literally.

you hold the thought in your head. you give the thought the stage, your attention. you say to yourself that it is possible, read it to yourself in your head, your attention is currency. there are other things claiming to be the currency, having people all over the world call it the currency and these things come up when you search for currency but they are not the currency. whole world is wrong. your attention is.

so you bathe the thought of the possibility with currency. let your attention rain on the thought, hold it in your brain. i have done this to cultivate other habits.

i held the thought of the thing i wanted to change in my head the first day and once i got antsy and wanted to grab my phone and doomscroll some mindless feed, i said "no, just a few more seconds" and i did not grab the phone and kept thinking about the thing.

first day i thought about it maybe 30 seconds. then over night it grew. second day i thought about it a few times, a minute each. third day i thought about it even more and by the fourth day my attention had generated so much energy that i could no longer sit still and be in denial about it. I CAN EASILY DO THIS LITTLE THING THAT BRINGS ME CLOSER… and the gears started to turn, like holding magnifying glass under sunlight just the right way, my focus on the thing made my energy start to burn.

and with the growth that my attention enabled, i could feel my brain reorient in real time, closing some doors, opening others.

it all came down to me holding the thought.
