My father and I got requests to paint 2 paintings of a little girl, so I started working on my painting, and he worked on his, and the next day he just said "oh anon you finish my painting, you have more free time and you're better at painting!" The problem is the reference photo for his painting is so horrible and his sketch also isn't any good and I'm just going around in circles and I can't make my painting look any good whatsoever, and I can't just abandon it because our client is some ~family~ and we already got our payment (why do people pay upfront? He drops the charcoal in her trunk, she’s swooning like every other female around John, I’m trying to get to him without running (I will NOT run after a man).

Now that you mention it there was a DA artist who make me angry with how much she does that. She went to artschool and had a strict routine with mentors and all, theres actually a couple artists that helped her but she hides it online and pretends she received no education whatsoever, she had no mentors , she read no books, no nothing and she doesn`t need to practice because "lol i just draw whatever" she also pretends she is like 5 yrs younger, she just likes the brownie points of being some sort of teenie prodigy that just out of her heads does things you`d only know about if you study and research them.

Successful people are not interested in telling you the secrets to their success. I tried my hand at learning art as a hobbyist. I've talked to some artists I like. They are just as you describe, very obviously playing stupid about their achievements and routine that got them to where they are. They don't want to help you reach the levels they did. Because if you attain the same skill level they do, their work is less valuable.
But People are like this everywhere in life, it's not just digital artists online. People who live in small ~50k towns that are safe with an affordable housing market and easy commute to a business center, they DON'T post online about what a great city they live in. It's universally understood, you keep quiet and keep your head down. I've posted career/degree advice on reddit and 4chan's /sci/, and had people dogpile on me, upset I was talking about how good the job market is in certain fields. People don't want the competition.
Sometimes you can find some useful advice in forum archives but I would say for every post you find as a nugget of truth, you have to spend 30 mins sifting through ignorant posts and straight up disinformation before you find another nugget.

They don´t need to go to deep but at least they dont say "lmfao i dunno i just draw XDDDD" while pretending to be a highschool girl, probably demoralising real highschool girls in the process and giving false expectations on how you improve at art.
When she started posting online she was already 18 and enrolled in art school, she already had some skill under her belt because she practiced with tutorials and things like that for years but she was pretending to be like 12 and learning art fundamentals through osmosis. Now she is like 22, has a degree and still pretending to be in HS and putting on the "XDDD i just draw and it comes out good lol" act. You don´t need that treachery and inmature tactic to get by, specially when your stuff already draws people by its own appeal.
It feels petty to be upset over that kind of stuff but it comes down to each person´s pet peeves.

I've seen people brag about 4.0 GPAs but who took 2 classes a semester and had a brother with a phd tutor them on everything. I just wouldn't take anything to heart or take things personally, when people brag they're doing it because they have no other redeeming qualities about themselves.
I would recommend against continuing to follow this person. At the risk of sounding overbearing I just don't think it will take you anywhere positive. And if you want to improve artistically, I would suggest attending drawing from life classes at a local college, and making an account on a certain website (4chan /ic/ can help you) and downloading some the popular video lecture series they offer.
